Chandigarh University helps the students to grow and develop in all phases of life from mentoring and council ling to be working in good companies.

The exam structure is very transparent. My theory subjects are divided into 2 parts i.e Internal (40 Marks) and External(60 Marks). For internals, there are set parameters where students performance decide the internal and the marks are shown to every student before they are uploaded. For external free of cost, papers are shown to students which are evaluated by 4 evaluators. If the student is not satisfied with the evaluation part then a minimum fee is charged for reevaluation.

For placements, the university is preparing the students in a way that they have at least 1 offer letter from a good company. Our syllabus is equipped with subjects which helps in preparing for the interviews i.e Communication skills, Aptitude and reasoning, Specialization classes and etc. The curriculum contains many activities where students can identify there strong and week sections and accordingly they can prepare.

Many events are celebrated at the department and university level. My two years, of course, I have met many Bollywood celebrities. Due to the huge student strength, our university is the perfect place for mass marketing. Every year best universities of India are invited to participate in cultural, educational, tech invent events in our university. Professional people are hired to train our students.

My annual fees are approximately 110000 which include academic fees, examination fees and security fees. As a private university. There are no extra charges for students. For startups by students, many are wholly financed by the university itself. For patent filing or publication of research paper university pays on the behalf of candidates. Both Offline and online payment method is available for the students and in bad times University also grants an extension in fees submission.

I am from a defence family. I got defence scholarship where they followed a well-designed system which 100% transparent. I got a concession in fees. There is a different department for scholarship where your ll queries are solved. There are many other scholarships like sports, NCC-NSS, Students with merit and etc.

Campus life is full of joy and happiness. Students from 29 states and 30+ countries are studying in the university which makes it a culturally diverse campus. Campus is very neat and clean with beautiful parks, structured roads. Mostly every department is having there own eating joint. Dominos and subway are there in university. Different food zone is there which air-conditioned and around 20 companies are there in the flood zone.

Chandigarh University has a strong alumni network. These alumni are called many times on the campus to interact with students. This alumnus tells their success stories and motivates the students to work incorporate. Many of them are working in very prestige companies where students can develop a good network.

My friend suggested me about the college as he was very happy and got placed in a good company. My friend suggestion was absolutely right as the university engages students in a number of tasks where they get an opportunity to develop and polish their skills. I went with my family to see the university. At the gate of the university, we got ourselves registered with a help desk and we were given a helping person.

Faculty in our department follows a proper hierarchy, starting from director sir, Hod sir, Academic coordinator and Class Councillors. Faculties are well trained and highly professional. Many of them are doctorates and others are pursuing doctorates. Students get an opportunity to file patents, research papers and articles with the guidance of these research scholars.
