My College Review

Good remarks is about their advertisement and branding. Bad is about their coaching and placements.

Generally Visual Communication is the course where students can able to explore and learn a bunch of things to survive. But in our case it is quite opposite. Being a private management we can't able to question them much. We haven't got any proper faculties or lab facilities to explore and learn. We have just got 20% of the knowledge while comparing to other college students get's while completing the course. Anyways I have just learnt by my own and surviving somehow.

By the way in our college placement offers will take place only in advertisement board's and banners. And there's no chance for internship too. We should learn by our own for every stuffs. They'll tell the placement will take place until you get the degree certificate and after that too but it would not happen at all.

A short film festival called "Silver Frames". It is about a state wide short film competition for all college students. They can send their short films in any jonour. And it will be selected by the college committee appointed specially for this event.

Expensive of around 80,000 per year at the minimum cost. They would charge 75000 as the tuition fees and 5 to 6 thousands as a placement fees. And for transport is optional if you choose for the college transport it would cost around 25000 per year.

No I haven't chose any scholarships or education loan. Basically everyone can avail the education loan by approaching the banks.

The campus life was somewhat boring while comparing to other college students. Because we have given leave for unwanted reasons and most of the time we are supposed to be in our home only. Being in a limited time in the college we didn't get an opportunity to explore. We haven't got any lab's, sports or competition to explore. And there's no gender ratio in our college.

No I haven't chose the college hostel as my college wast located at a traveling distance from my house. As my friends said the hostel will be somewhat better than the college. But the food was horrible while comparing to college.

There was no seniors for our batch. And there's no alumni association in our college we have just indiate by creating a whatsapp group for alumins.

Initially they laid the condition of they'll give the merit seats to the students who scores 60% and above. Then I have dropped the application in for the degree of Visual Communication in Bachelor of Science. Once my results were out I have got the seat in merit. Then further I have paid the fees without Donation and joined the college.

By the way we are the first batch to our branch. So we don't get an opportunity to interact with the seniors. But our management let it happen by placing the passed outs as our college staffs. Yes they'll appoint the PG passed outs as a staffs without proper training. We can easily identify which faculty will know about the subject and who doesn't.
