Generally in our institution boy strength are heigh comparing to the girls but our management will give more importance in girls in the both rules and providing infrastructure. And our management is very conceous in appointing the staff in the means of their community based in the both staff selection and in the joining the students and they will also provide more offers to the students and staff who are belonging to their community.
