Remarks

The college mangaemnt has been working hard for the last year as I have seen many changes in college also the college has received the NAAC grade of B+ just now. The bad remarks would be that the teachers aren't given the subjects they are proficient with some times. And that causes problems for them as well as the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course is somewhat dated, but I feel, It is necessary as we learn all the old and basic things making us understand the older models which makes it.easy to understand the newer ones. For eg: you are taught C and C++ basics so when you want to learn other languages your core logic is already developed. As for the industrial visits they were more like college picnics. The campus placements are getting a lot better the TPO is very knowledgeable and informs the students about all drives and even the pooled campus drives. As for the topic of being industry specific knowledge unfortunately the cirriculum doesn't necessarily cover that.

Placement Experience

4

As mentioned the college TPO of our college is very helpful and is friendly enough that you can go and talk to her personally regarding any doubts you have about the process. College tries to bring as many companies as possible but we are mostly pushed to the pooled campus drives as the college finds them better. In my batch the placement percentage is good and students have been placed in big companies like Infosys, Jio, Vistaar, Capgemini, Xoriant, etc.

College Events

4

Sports festival is organized at the start of every semester with many events including kabaddi, cricket, etc and also indoor games like chess and carrom. The techfest hosts a number of technical events such as the coding challenge, arrange the algorithm and guess the code. The cultural festival has many events such as singing, dancing, stand up comedy, body building and fashion show.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is as per the rules of the Mumbai University and is feasible as it has different quotas for every one for eg: TFWS for low income and EBC for backward class and SC ST. The college is very transparent with regards to what we are.paying for and provides the fee structure mentioning every detail of the same.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have taken a educational loan from the IDBI bank although this bank was not the bank college advised so but their are banks that cooperate with the college and provide atleast 80% loan clearance. The college also has EBC TFWS and quota scholarship.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus life is good, there have been no cases of raggings as our principal himself comes to every class on the day of admission and addresses everyone and assures them that no one will have to face ragging. And if they have then they can directly meet him regarding it. The head of the department of branch is also a very approachable person regarding this matter. The college also has a women empowerment cell. The gender ratio at my batch is approximately 3:1::men:women. The college has many extracurricular activities, techfest is conducted every odd sem and cultural festival every even sem. Sports is also encouraged in our college and sports festival is organised at the start of every sem.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Their is NO hostel facility in this college, although affordable places near the college. Some of my friends who have stayed in these quarters have said that the buildings have specifically been catering to the students since the college has been opened each year all those students who live far from the college take rooms in these and live with no problem from the neighbors.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni are sometimes called for seminars and talks to tell us how to study and what to do ahead based on what they did. Being a senior currently we are told by the lecturers to help our juniors in case they ask.

Admission

I appeared for my cet examination and filed the form and applied for various colleges thourough the dete maharashtra site. And according to my cet score I got this college. I went with my papers and my seat acceptance acknowledgement to the college, the dates and other details are available on the dte Maharashtra website at the start of every new academic year.

Faculty

3.5

Everyone that is part of the college faculty is qualified enough to teach their subjects. Every lecturer has completed masters in a specific field and teach the same subject. Though it may seem lacking at some places that is because the cirriculum is changed every years with no chance to get used to it.
