My college story BSSITM

College is good for students who want to excel in the engineering field. Negative remarks are that I am more oriented towards research, we should get more access to e-journals as we get in IITs or NITs. Rest things are ok.

The course is entire as per Abdul Kalam technical university along with we follow Nptel lectures, virtual labs, webinar by academicians, guest lecture by a renowned personality, quiz done by two times in a week, apart from that in one semester we have to give three sessional.

Lots of companies visited during the placement process, and internship program placement records are good.

We have lots of events and quizzes, competition going throughout the year, we have cultural fest, technical fest, sports fest, Kavi sammelan, Tarang, not only clean and green program, but we will also participate in the intercollege and Aktu University as well.

The fee is 70000 but I have got a discount due to my marks, fee issue never take place with any students. We can send amount directly into a college account, we can submit cheque, demand draft, cash. Fee can be paid in installments. Books you have to give 2000 extra per year if you want to avail.

I have got a scholarship from the college as per my marks in the intermediate, apart from that if the annual income of the family is less than 2 lakh students can fill government skd form.

Gender ratio between girls and boys are equal in computer science departments, no biasing is done on the basis of caste, gender and religion. College never forces any things related to this, we follow the good culture and we every time get instructions like students, no senior-junior, gender religion etc.

Alumni supports me a lot, I got various assistance from the seniors and alumni, how to prepare for the gate exam.

I got to about this college through one of my friends, she suggested me, I visited with my parents, I found everything ok with the institute, before taking admission I visited the entire college the labs, library, classes and then I have discussed the fee and taken admission.

Faculty are well experienced and skilled, they are dedicated and approximately every one teaches to us with full dedication They not only teach the curriculum part but also provide all the notes if students want to take further studies, whatever exam students want to qualify.
