I Think our college is one of the best Autonomous or self governs College in our district. Located in Salipur Market at a distance of 25 kilometers from Cuttack. Our college having well equipped Laboratories and Research Rooms for better Teaching.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Structure is very good and every department having separate research rooms for various Scientific Researches.I am very glad to say that the laboratories are well equipped with lots of facilities in our college.
Placement Experience
There is no such job opportunities and placements for students of our College to get a job.And also there is no scholarship or stipend provided by college to students. Although it is a government college, So students getting scholarship directly from Government of Odisha and government of India.
College Events
More than 100 events are celebrated in our college each & Every year.Which is a good news for students. Like Science Exhibitions, Seminars in various topics departmentwise, Annual Day celebration, Cultural meet, Sports meet, National Days, Road Safety Programs, Women Empowerment Programs etc.and etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I think the fee structure is Feasible as it is a Government College. Admission fees, Re-Admission fees, College dues, library fees, College Development fees, for hostel students it is too expensive like hostel fees, Food fees, ect.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are no loan and scholarship facilities available in our College.If a student wants any type of loan he has to take loan from banks, because Banks are providing loans to students in low interests.
Campus Life
There is no gender based inequality in our college. Students are also learning good behaviors.Also there is a Student Union which is providing support to students having low mentality. There is a process of Political Election held in our college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are not bad. Rooms are clean and separated for both boys and girls. Each students having Wish to be a hosteller has to apply at the first stage of admission because limited seats are available in our college hostel
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are good at juniors and vice-versa. Seniors are very helpful for junior and newly admitted junior students. There is a very good brotherhood and interaction between senior and juniors in our College
Admission
First I scored 65% in my 12th council Examination.Then application form was released by Higher Education Department, Odisha, to apply for admission into Degree courses in different colleges.I was applied in various colleges which are Revenshaw University(Cuttack ), Salipur Autonomous college (Salipur), Jawaharlal Nehouru Degree college (Kuanpal), JKBK degree college (Cuttack), respectively. After some days, Unfortunately. I got a massage from Salipur Autonomous college that have got selected for Admission in Bachelor in Biological Science in Salipur Autonomous college. Then I was admitted in this College.
Faculty
All the faculties both teaching and non-teaching staffs are well trained with very excellent behavior with students.All the Teaching staffs are very punctual and dutiful.Every Department has about 5 to 6 staffs with a Head Of the Department (HOD) who is a senior at all.
