Remarks

Overall my experience has been great other than attendance issue which is mandatory for every student. It is a very good university and you will get a lot of exposure and opportunities to grow. You also will be able to work upon your personality.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is really systematic and it is followed exactly as it is. Along with that you are also taught communication skills, behavioral science and a foreign business language. Labs are conducted when there is a requirement for it. The examination procedure is also very systematic and the paper is set according to the course syllabus.

Placement Experience

3

Amity provides internships in top schools like K.R mangalam, g.d goenka etc which gives you a great exposure and opportunity to learn and teach children. Regarding placement they don't offer as such jobs you have to apply on your own to Schools and go for the interview if you get the call. So the placement part is a bummer and needs to be worked upon.

College Events

4.5

There are many events which happen in amity like sangathan which is a sports event where you get the opportunity to participate in different games and compete with students of amity all over India. Then there is amity youth fest which is an inter college fest and also there is a human value qurater where you can participate in several activities. Other than that workshop and seminars are conducted thourough out the year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

So fees for one semester is 35000 and then each year it improves by 5 %. Also amity offers two admission category one is sponsored where you get a relaxation in the eligibility criteria but the fees is also more as compared to non sponsored where no relaxation is provided in the eligibility criteria.

Fees and Financial Aid

Amity offers several scholarships on various basis. You have to check the eligibility criteria and then apply for the same. Amity also offers scholarships if you come first during an academic year. You can also apply for educational loans.

Campus Life

5

The labs are maintained and well equipped. The labs are appropriate for each student. The gender ratios is balanced there is no discrimination on the basis of gender or anything else. There are also strict rules regarding ragging so you don't need to worry about that.

Hostel Facilities

4

As I was a day scholar I am not aware of the hostel facilities but you have to share rooms with other people there are no single rooms. And the rules of the hostel are really strict proper permission needs to be taken if you want to go out after college hours.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior are really helpful they will tell you all about the course and various related details. If you have any questions you can simply ask them and they will help you. I have interacted with my seniors and they have been nothing but helpful.

Admission

So basically to get admission in amity University you all need to give an entrance exam which consists of an English test and a test related to the course you are applying for which is then followed by the interview where the questions are asked such as what is your interest? Why did you choose amity over another university? Why do you want to do this course? I had several options but decided this was where my interest lies by talking to other people in the same field.

Faculty

4

The faculty are all well qualified and are interested to teach. All classes are conducted on time and faculties are also helpful if you have any problem you can go talk to them. All of the teachers are PhD scholars or are currently doing their PhD.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The biggest issue I face is the timing of exams they always delay the exams to the last brink of time and it is seriously so so annoying as for example if I have to fill my form of CUET PG in February I am very sure my college wouldn't happen until october no matter what and result after 2 and half months so this doesn't align well with other things while the other courses of the same bundelkhand university happen on time till june or july but this course ah God always late....as far as the Curriculum is concerned it fabulous fantastic mind blowing and excellent it teaches us about the real world on how to be a good teacher how to understand your students also care for the differently abled ones how to manage a school how to do anything it teaches us all....the thing that inspired me the most to choose the course is obviously the Curriculum. From the very beginning I had a deep interest in these topics and subjects and I feel so good to learn about them...also the exsms happen once a year which is both good and both. And I don't have any further suggestions
