Remarks

This college gives completely freedom to student and he or she must graduate on his self study this may good or bad but it gives confidence to students.

Entrance Preview

Rajasthan pre engineering test i scored 70 marks out of 120 this is the top college through rpet exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course was electronics and computer engineering and i enjoyed a lot with self education and practical approach there are a lot of labs with all equipments.

Internships Opportunities

I was interned with bsnl and railways there was not stipend but they gave me some training experience and there was almost 50 companies came for placements.

Placement Experience

Placement is guaranteed if u score minimum of 60% without any backlogs there are three slabs of packages 2.5-3.50 lpa, 4.50-5.50 lpa more than 7 lacs.

College Events

There are a lot of culturat and sports and technical fests are arranged some are espectro, splash, youngistaan, enkarta etc these festivals are totally arranged by students union.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Now it is 35000 per year for government added seats and 70000 for self financed seats there is a tfws quota for poor students their fee is 3000 per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are a lot of scholarships for poor students as nsf, sumedha, ongc etc they offered 5000 to 30000 rupees per year as scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus life was unforgettable and i enjoyed a lot with my college friends there is no uniform for campus so there is freedom of wearing any formal or casuals.

Hostel Facilities

There is sufficient hostel space and healthy environment with amusement facilities food is also good and comparatively high with some nearby messes.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is the strongest network because this college is 3rd oldest college of india and it's alumni is everywhere in the world seniors are helpful always because bosses are always right.

Exam Structure

There are only semester exams there are no midterms and marking scheme is percentage based 8 semesters are there along 4 years.

All faculties are Phd holders and they are top and highly experienced faculty of rajasthan they all helped a lot they gave us confidence to grow as a successful person.

Placement Experience:

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Placement Experience:

SKIT- The overall package

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

You should choose MBM or not ?

I also applied for jecrc foundation in jaipur , and i got CS+Ai there , but then in next round i got mbm electrical . I choose this college over jecrc because that was a private college and mbm is government . And also the fees in jecrc is twice as compare to mbm . And i want to have a option of gogvernment field also so electrical will be much better option . I wanted to go to NIT but i didn't get that much good score in jee ,so i was left with this state college option only . The admission proccees is quite simple , you have to apply to reep counselling , and then you have to do reporting in this college with required documents as mentioned on reep site . 91 percentile is required in jee to get electrical branch in mbm for a general ews student...Read More
