Mayank Kumar's Review On Galgotias University - [GU], Greater Noida

Well every thing is good about my college. I don't have complaints with any things. But the location of the university is quite problematic for various students, because it's place in Dankaur gautam buddh nagar, and those students who come from Delhi those feel difficulties reaching the university.

The course is structured in a systematic well manner, so students don't have to face any kind of difficulties during studies. The examination at my college is is taken in two categories (1)- Mid-term examination- for the half syllabus of that certain semester. (2)- End-term examination- for the overall syllabus of that semester. These exams are held in a disciplined manner.

Well i just entered in 6th semester, so the companies will start to come in this semester, so i will get interviews in this semester. But i talked to some of my seniors and they told me that they got some of internship opportunities amd many students get placed in various companies. Well it was quite confidential because of these positive feedbacks. So i don't have any stress related to my career.

They organize many technical workshops, seminars in the college to motivate and to introduce with the technologies to the students. They also organise freshers party every year for every course freshers. Various fests are also organised to get boost up from assignmenta and projects.

Actually the course fee is not that expensive. The fee is quite average for every course according to me. Like the fee of diploma is 45000 INR examination fee included. And that's not actually expensive. Its quite average according to me. The fees for B.tech is also under 2 lakh, and that's a relief, because many private colleges take fee more than 3 lakhs per annum, that's kind of expensive for most of the students. So the fee of my college is quite good.

I'm not sure about loans, But according to me students can get loans from their perspective banks by the fee slip provided by the college. The bank can give the loans easily because of the reputation of the college. Which is decided by the placement reviews of the college. So students can get loans easily.

There are labs of every subject, and labs are filled with every equipments which are needed to perform the experiment. But some labs are not that good and have old equipments that's kind of not good. There are many cultural societies to show the talents of students. Like musical, dance related, sports related, etc.

The hostel facility is decent of my college. There is single seater and two seater rooms. The rooms are pretty good here, every room has attached balkini. The washrooms are maintained properly and timely. The food quality is also decent. The college hostel provides gym to workout. They have basketball court. And th game rooms to play indoor games. And everything is managed in a systematic way.

When i was a fresher i had thoughts about getting bullied in the college by seniors but after some days the environment changed my mind. The seniors were not interested to bully any freshers or new students. That was a good signature. And i was relieved by that.

Well on the basis of my 10th percentage i got admission in my college. It was my dream to do engineering since my childhood, so choose to persue diploma in computer science after the 10th final. I have a certain sofy spot for computers and new technologies, so i chose the computer science branch. After getting admission it was like having my dream come true. This feeling was new and full of awesomeness.

Any college is reviewed based on many things and faculties are one of main point to review any college, And i can proudly say that the faculties of my college are well qualified for the courses in their perspective core fields. And they focus on the students to make them fully excited for their courses.
