In all, I would say that my experience at Chandigarh University has been rewarding as it has not just given me a good placement offer but I have learned so much in terms of social work, personality grooming and have enjoyed my time during festivals and concerts.

The courses taught at UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, Chandigarh university is up to date with the industry and includes contemporary fields such as digital marketing, talent management and financial analysis. The institution also organizes frequent industry visits to let its students be aware of the real corporate world. This year industrial visits to Times of India, Ludhiana Stock Exchange and Tech Mahindra were organized.

The institution is adjudged as University with Best Placements by WCRC. The top companies that visited the campus for placements are Lido Learning Pvt. Ltd, Deloitte Tax, Deloitte Consulting India, Coffee Day Beverages etc. The recruitment by these companies is based on aptitude tests followed by group discussion and rounds of personal and technical interview.

The university celebrates all the cultural and sports events with participation from institutions across the country. This year the university celebrated Punjab State Youth festival which was sponsored by Punjab Government and in which several colleges, both private and public, participated with a great turnout.

The students can pay the fee online as well as offline. The university also helps the students in need by offering them several scholarships and aids. I did not opt for a scholarship or education loan. However, the University gives several scholarships to students belonging to different states and categories.

I opted for this institution because of its reputation as a student-friendly and having placements in top companies. The factors that made me choose this college are its faculty which includes experienced professional from industry and academia, international semester exchange program, industry tie-ups and last but not the least placements. The institution conducts its own entrance test which also serves as a basis for the scholarship for studies.

The faculty at University School of Business, Chandigarh University is well read with a good research record. They are well versed with the courses they taught and share their knowledge and experience gained from corporate and research insights. The university also conducts sessions from industry experts from both India and abroad.
