Best college for MBA/PGDM in Lucknow

Campus helps us to grow and boost our confidence to a great extent. Faculty of this college have deep knowledge about the subjects and are always ready to help. IILM Lucknow prepares us well for our role in the professional corporate world.

There are 6 semesters for 2 years. It is a trimester system. College takes Midterm exams during each trimester and an End term exam at the end of each trimester. This system is very helpful in measuring our academic performance at a fixed interval of time. This system helped me to learn every topic deeply.

The course is of 2 years. Companies start coming to our college after 18 months of the course. First the students are shortlisted according to the merit. Secondly we have to go through an Aptitude test conducted by the company. Thirdly we go through GD round. Then after clearing GD round we arrive for interview. Then we are placed. College also provides us Good internship opportunities like Parle, SBI Mutual Fund, DALMEC, Bajaj Finserv and many more. Currently I am going through this process to get a good internship and I am fully satisfied for this.

Approximately all the Indian Festivals are celebrated in our college. And we get full chance to participate in these and enhance our skills. The events like New Year, HOLI, Diwali, Masquerade Party, Aluminie Meet, Christmas, Annual Fest ZEAL, Lohri etc are celebrated.

The fee structure is very feasible. At this cost if the college gives 100% placement, what else do we need. Loan facility is also provided by the college and the documents are required of Parents of those students are Passport size photograph, Proof of Identity, Proof of Residence, Statement of Bank Account, Statement of all Loan Accounts, Latest Salary Slip, Joint affidavit with the student, Last 3 year’s ITR, etc.

No, I didn't opted for loan because the fees was affordable for my family. But the college provides better facilities in case of education loan or scholarships.

Campus Life is very Professional. We have to wear formals. We have to speak in English to all faculty. College also provides grooming classes for us which include english speaking dressing, debates, flipped classrooms, guest lectures, language labs etc. College also helps us in extracurricular activities like sports. We get any sports equipments easily issued from college.

No, i didn't choose hostel facility because I belong to Lucknow only and the college is only 11 or 12kms from my residence so I didn't need hostel facility. But the affordable hostels are available near the college.

We have a facebook group of our college where we can easily get connected and guided by our alumini.

I got admission in the college through my MAT score, then I gave an interview during the admission. Forms are available from Jan to April. I choose the course PGDM because I wanted to work in the corporate world and learn about the work deeply. We also get good scholarships in case we get good score in entrance exams like CAT or MAT etc.

Here we get well educated, lenient and very supportive faculty. They excel in their subjects knowledge and teaching ability. With this they are helpful in guiding our personal problems also. We get personal faculty mentors during the admission, which we can change after if we are not comfortable. Our director ma'am Dr.Naela Rushdi is very supportive in all the matters specially in case of any grievance. Our dean ma'am Dr.Sheetal Sharma is helpful for us because she understand problems and take decisions accordingly but very strict regarding the discipline and Vision and Mission of the college, which is to give the corporate world well finished Managers.
