Remarks

Good only for CSE & ECE department, they don't even bother about the other departments like CIVIL. They don't even provide us placements, all our lab equipments were out dated. Principal doesn't even like CIVIL department because he is from ECE department. He only gives importance to CSE & ECE department.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course structure is good, but the labs equipment should be good in condition. It's better if there are many practical classes for students on the particular course than the theoretical classes. Industrial visit should be compulsory every month and the theoretical classes explained in that month.

Placement Experience

0.5

No, worst placements & job opportunities. I'm from civil engineering and there were '0' companies of civil reached out college. All the companies which came for placements were 95% BPO jobs and just service jobs.

College Events

1.5

Annual day, graduation day and fest every year are celebrated. Apart from these 2 big events, our college also celebrates every small events like fresher's day, farewell party etc n also some of the festivals are also celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was feasible when I joined in 2014 as a lateral entry guy (Diploma Student). It was about 39k/A and some extra fees like library fee, Jntuh fee, NBA fee were extra charged. 35k was the fee reimbursement from govt.

Fees and Financial Aid

We used to get 35k as fee reimbursement from govt. as a scholarship scheme, and an extra amount of 3k used to be given to students with scholarship every year. College admission staff helped us very much in the scholarship application.

Campus Life

3

Extracurricular activities were very much less in our college, labs are present in the college but many of the lab equipment were outdated or not working properly in civil block. Apart from civil engineering labs the computer labs for CSE & ECE students were highly equipped and updated.

Alumni/Alumna

No. There are no alumni networks in our college and not even a alumni program has been taken place, no senior students are in touch with juniors, only a few people are in touch with each other. Due to the strict rules in the college we were never used to meet our seniors or junior in college premises.

Admission

I got admission through ECET counselling, I'd done my diploma in civil engineering. According to the ECET rank I got placed, this was my first college portion placed in options. I Choose this college for the minimal fee and a good reputation.

Faculty

1.5

According to me, 50% of the staff are inexperienced and have least knowledge to explain the content to students in understanding it. The other 50% staff are fully experienced and they are least interested in teaching than more interested in strict rules.

Placement Experience:

Students usually become eligible for campus placements around the beginning of their final year (typically the 7th semester for a B.Tech course). Many companies do visit the campus for recruitment. Some of the names mentioned in reviews include Amazon, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Sutherland, HSBC, SAP, and Wipro. It's hard to say the exact number of offers made each year, as this can vary. However, reports suggest that a good number of students do get placed. In 2024, one report mentioned 2000+ students were placed from the overall batchs. Details on the highest and average packages can vary based on the source and the year. The highest package reported for 2024 seems to be around ?44 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), with some sources mentioning it reaching up to ?40 LPA in rare cases. One specific placement in Amazon was reported at ?44 LPA. The average package is generally cited as being in the range of ?4.3 LPA to ?4.5 LPA. Some reviews give slightly different figures, so it's good to consider this as an approximate range. Specific company-wise package details for 2024 show offers from companies like Amazon (?44 LPA), Mentor Graphics (?20 LPA), and many others ranging from ?6 LPA to ?10 LPA. Profiles offered would vary depending on the company and your branch. The percentage of students getting placements is also reported differently across sources. Some reviews suggest around 60% to 90% of students get placed. However, official placement reports might give a more precise figure. For the 2024 batch, one report mentioned 652 students placed out of the graduating batch.

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.
