Course Curriculum Overview
Our syllabus was carefully curated in order to provide a holistic view of a general manager. For the first two sem, we studied almost all subjects like financial management, operations, human resource, corporate law, etc. During the third semester, I opted for Marketing Management and Human Resource management. Classroom study mostly included learning new topics via ppts.
Placement Experience
Placements are pretty awesome in our college. Placement cell is very supportive and dedicated towards bridging the gap between students and the recruiter. I joined our family business, hence I didn't sit for the placements. But many of my friends did attend the placement drives organized in the campus. Recruitment is mostly done for the profile of consultant, area sales manager, business development managers, etc. Companies visiting our campus include TCS, L&T, Infosys, Reliance Jio, Lenskart, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My first-year fee was around 4.75 lacs INR, which was pretty feasible for me. This fee included an examination fee, tuition fee, caution fee, etc. I paid around 2.5 lacs for the first two semester. The fee structure was pretty flexible and they also offer fee relaxation options.
Alumni/Alumna
Our college organizes alumni meet annually in order to strengthen the bond with alumni by acknowledging their efforts made towards the college. We also get to interact with the alumni and they keenly resolved our queries. It was a fun session and I am thankful to our college for providing us with this networking opportunity.
Admission
Admissions to the PGDM program is done on the basis of the CAT entrance exam. I applied to the college with my entrance scores and all of my academic details. College releases multiple merit lists in order to allocate seats. My name was there on the second merit list and I was invited for the common admission process. The entire admission process went smoothly.
Faculty
Our faculty was very supportive and at times they would share their valuable insights with us. They all had an ample amount of experience. They would share their experiences with us, in order to better explain a particular topic.
