Remarks

The infrastructure of our college is good and we have facilities like computer laboratories, Online Library Management Software, sports facilities, etc and more. College life was great. The curricular activities organized were awesome.

Course Curriculum Overview

The PGPM program was a 9 months duration and full-time program and the exams were conducted every quarter. The course curriculum was good and well designed and I opted for Finance Management as my specialized area.

Placement Experience

The placement and internships provided by our college were good. The placement cell in our college provides 100% assistance for placement and the internships were also done abroad. The highest salary offered was around 6 LPA, the average was 3 and the lowest was 2 LPA.

Campus Life

Our college organized a lot of extracurricular activities like Industrial study tour to Malaysia and Thailand, boot camp, rural study tour, Reflection culture, adventure tour, technical fest, etc, and more.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of our college is good. There is an alumni committee in our college that works in keeping in touch with the alumni. The seniors in our college were also very friendly and helpful with us, they guide us whenever we need guidance.

Admission

The admission process was quite smooth and straight forward. I took the ATMA entrance exam and based on my score in the ATMA exam, I was selected for an interview round. I went through a personal interview and that's it.

Faculty

The faculty members of our college were one of the best faculties that I have ever encountered. We have total members of around 12 core faculties and 7 visiting faculties in our college. They were all qualified enough in their own field of education.

Placement Experience:

Our placement of college is best after your 1st year you are eligible to do internship which college provide where company came and selected the student based their skills and talents but many of the students look internsip from their relatives offices or from outside better opportunities. Many companies came here for the internship and final placement for the studnet. Some companies offer the PPO for the internship student and get the best package also. The companies also came here to our specialization like finance, marketing, HR these are the major specialization and the placement coordinator also bring these specialization companies. Half of the batch are placed almost 60 to 70 % placed studnets many of them are working also. The company came in our campus like kotak Mahindra Bank, insync, ICICI bank, Granules and beans,etc

Placement Experience:

The college offer good opportunities for placements. The company's like Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., Godrej, Icici Bank Ltd, Amul, etc and lot more come for intership and placement offers. The placement here is good but could have been more better. Students are eligible after 3 semester to get campus placements Till now in my batch it has bring almost 70 job opportunities Highest package offered here was 14 lack per annum 80 percentage of students almost get placed through campus placements My plan after getting degree is to be at a reputable company and work at a good position and to earn a higher amount for fulfilling my dreams and goals

Adventurous experiences of College

Placement Experience:

College offers very good placement opportunities to the students. Once we cleared our 1st year it is compulsory for all the students to do the internship and this internships are also given by the college. This internships helps us covert theorical knowledge into practical by being in that corporate environment out of the campus. Once we completed our internships we have to make a report (Green Book) on those internship and do a presentation about what we learned. Talking about placements, college came up with a very good companies which increases the competition and eagerness among us. The companies college offers are Insync analytics, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Prudential, HDFC Life Insurance, Interactive Broker and many more

So, i doing internship in fundaudit for 2 months in remote. Now currently I placed Kotak Mahindra Bank as a service officer.before that I apply 4/5 companies like hdfc life , icici prudential.now I am currently working in kotak mahindra bank the providing 3.50 CTC .

Excellent Educational Institute for Management Students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the Institute is good as the faculties are highly involved for bringing the companies in our college campus. They bring the best internships for the month of May June but the companies has started coming more early from the month of December and January that was the good part for us as many students started placing from the January months itself and all the students were got the internships from the Institute. The companies such as Dabur, Amul, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Insync Analytics, Nomura, Credelia, DCB Bank, Aditya Birla, Motilal Oswal, Decathlon, ITC, Wipro, Opus were there in the campus also many more companies has came into our campus. The additional point is the placement was started very earlier as I got placed before Diwali in the month of October and had joined the coporate in the month of December so this was very best experience for getting placed earlier and working in the corporate.

Internship Opportunities and Practical Industry Exposure in My College

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are moderate and can be described as average, especially for students from finance-related courses. The college does provide placement opportunities, and many companies visit the campus every year, but the type of opportunities offered depends greatly on the course specialization, student skills, and market demand. In the finance field particularly, placement opportunities are available, but many of them are concentrated in sales-oriented roles rather than core financial analysis or investment-based positions. Therefore, while placement support exists, students often need additional certifications, internships, and skill development to secure better profiles

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Over 200 companies comes for placement offers in the campus of my the average package is 500000 around 45% students get placed till now placement guide with good mentoring and after degree two to three years of experience in corporate than after business.

Learning with fun.

MAT & CET I had scored 98 percentile and 96 percentile respectively in these examsThese days all the faculties are shared faculties (visiting), so lectures would remain the same anyways. Apart from learnings, fun and travel is also important. Rustomjee not only develops Managers but also nurtures the overall personality of the student. Also the placements are great....Read More
