Course Curriculum Overview

The PGDM course in our college was a 2-year full-time course which was spread over 6 trimesters. In the 1st and the 2nd trimesters, we have core management courses and from the 3rd trimester, we studied our specialized area.

Placement Experience

Our college provides good placement opportunities for the students. Overall around 90% of the students were placed. Many companies visited our college like Amazon.com, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, SBI Life, etc. Internships with general stipends of around Rs.10000 per month.

College Events

Our college celebrated many big events in our college and some of them were Management Odyssey-which was celebrated annually, Umang- Grameen Mela- also celebrated annually, convocation program, Photography events, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee for the first year was ?258,000 and the second academic year was ?280,000. The total fee for the course as a whole was ?5.38 Lakhs. The fee structure of our college was feasible compared to other business schools.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides hostels for boys and girls separately. The rooms were of the non-ac rooms with common bathroom (Rs. 1,60,000/-), non-ac rooms with attached bathroom (Rs. 1,82,000/-) and the ac-rooms with attached bathroom (Rs. 2,04,000/-).

Admission

My admission was done on the basis of the CMAT entrance exam and applied online for admission to this college. My application was shortlisted and I was called for the group discussion, I attended it and I was selected again for a personal interview.

Faculty

I think the faculty members of our college were one of the best faculties that I have ever encountered. They were always ready to help us whenever we need help. Their way of teaching was very professional.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after completing their internships. Generally after the 2nd semester students start to sit for the campus process. Companies like: Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Big Basket, SBI securities, Yash Technologies, In2IT, Asian Paints etc visit for hiring top talents from this college. Almost every student gets placed and further assistance is provided too. Majority of the students pursue their corporate career after getting placed, while some also go for higher studies. After the internship that is after 2nd semester all the students eligible for campus placement . In the batch of 2023-25 nearly 120 offers were made companies such as Berger paints ITC , Asian heart , TCI , icic , sriram finance , Bellatar Microfinance, ceasefire etc has come . Nearly 60% of the batch got placed so far in the campus placement. I have to find a core finance or hr company after completion of my degree .

Best budget friendly MBA college in odisha

Placement Experience:

There are a lot of opportunities and having 120 companies that came to our college and the minimum package is 3 lakh and the highest package is around 17 lakhs and there are almost 90 percent students gets places and I also got place in a very good company

Course Curriculum Overview:

The pedagogy is excellent since majorly learning is through real-world case studies, reserach papers, peer discussions and interactive class activities. The professors provide materials and pre-reads at the starting of the term and the content is highly focussed on practical learning. The AI sessions are enriching. The difficulty level of exams vary among the instructors but usually is aligned with topics already taught.

The eligibility for the course was through the entrance exam (CAT, MAT) or a private exam conducted by the College. The details of the application fees and dates are there on the website and also a member connects personally and you could get your queries resolved from them.
