Course Curriculum Overview
Our college's course curriculum was great. Our PGDM spanned over 2-years with 4 semesters. The exams were conducted at the end of every semester. I opted for Marketing as my specialized areas, we studied stuff like global marketing, consumers, etc. In addition to that, we also studied additional subjects like finance, operations, IT, etc.
Placement Experience
The placement and internships provided by the college were decent but still have a lot of scope improvement. Many leading companies visited our college for campus placement and the highest salary package offered was Rs. 6 LPA. Internships were provided with a stipend of around Rs. 8,000 per month, it depends on the companies.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The grand total fee cost INR 2 Lakhs, so the total cost of fee in the first year was INR 1 Lakhs and the same goes for the second year. Fees for the MBA program was pretty feasible and affordable compared to other business schools in the region.
Fees and Financial Aid
We celebrated annual cultural events, sports meet, freshers parties, farewell parties, alumni meet, and our college also celebrated various religious festivals like Christmas, Onam, Holi, etc. They also organized seminars, workshops, which was an added plus for our business program.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network of our college is good. We have alumni all across the globe and alumni meet were also organized. The seniors in our college were friendly and supportive of us too. There is no ragging in our college. They even helped us out with the exam notes and stuff.
Admission
I chose a PGDM course because I wanted to learn management to join my family business. I took the CMAT exam and submitted it along with my SOP. After my application was shortlisted, I attended the counseling round including a personal interview. Overall, the entire admission process was pretty smooth.
Faculty
The professors of our college were highly qualified and experienced. They are very good at teaching and also sincere in their job. We have a core faculty as well as visiting faculty in our college. The professors were very interactive with us, which is very great.
