Course Curriculum Overview

I think the course curriculum of our college was extremely thorough and careful. It is a trimester based course and they offer several specialization areas and I opted for Operations Management and International Business. Our exams were conducted every semester.

Placement Experience

The placement cell in our college organized tests, workshops, etc. to train the students for campus placement, they provide 100% assistance. The maximum salary package offered was 6LPA and the average was around 4 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The grand total cost of the PGDM course was ?625,000. The tuition fees for the first year were ?300000 and also ?300000 for the second year. The other fees of ?25000 were also paid in the first year of the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarships for national level merit-based scholarships for the meritorious students. Scholarships were based on the score in Above 75% in class-10 and class-12, above 70% in graduation and above 80% in the national level entrance exam like MAT, CAT, etc.

Campus Life

We have a convocation ceremony, annual college fest, seminars and conferences, Talent hunt competitions, sports events, etc. and more activities were organized in our college for the students to have fun.

Admission

I got admission in this college by taking the MAT entrance exam. Then, I fill out the form online, mentioning all the required information. And on the basis of my score in the MAT, Class-10, 12 and my graduation, I was shortlisted for the Group discussion and which was followed by personal interview.

Faculty

All the faculties of our particular department hold a doctorate degree. They were all experienced professors, they have a corporate and teaching experience both of them. They were hardworking professors, they always come prepared for the class lectures.

Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package

As the college has so many facilities and a very brilliant faculty this is one of the best college for students. First, I would like to talk about the amazing faculty we have here. It has been pretty amazing that how we are carved and niched into a beautiful person and a professional budding manager over these two years. I think great personalized attention to each student is given so as to nourish them and really make them a true professional. Secondly, I would like to talk about great academic curriculum that we have. The whole curriculum is really rigorous and you don’t realize as to where the time has flown away. Third, the study aspect, a great extension to it was the international tour that I had. I studied in Austria for 4 months and it was a part of the exchange semester so I studied in Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences in Austria. It was great interacting and mingling with so many people from across countries and studying with them and having faculty all across the universities in the world. Fourth, the placements, I have been placed in Blackrock as soon as I came to India. All of our batch got placed in good companies.
