Course Curriculum Overview

The course was a 2-year duration, it is a master's degree and a diploma course management. So it's a dual degree which was completed in just 2 years. The course curriculum includes industrial visits, guest lectures, etc.

Placement Experience

The placement cell in our college provides 100% assistance to the students. They train and guide the students. They have connections with many companies. Companies like Amazon, IBM, Coal India Limited, etc. visited our college for placement.

College Events

Our college celebrated various events like Independence day celebration, teacher's day, children's day, ethnic day, freshers parties, sports events, cultural events, etc. and many more events. It was a good experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers need-based scholarships for the students who belong to the ST, SC and OBC categories. They also provide education loan for the financially weak students who have a low family income.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of our college was good. Our college has a number of alumni. The seniors in our college were also very helpful and friendly with us. They guide us and they were always ready to help us whenever we ask for help.

Admission

I took the entrance exam of MAT and I fill out the application form online. After a few days, my application was shortlisted, then I attended the group discussion which was followed by a personal interview.

Faculty

The faculties in our college were experienced professors and they were all educated in their own field of education. They were very supportive of us, they gave us notes and materials and always ready to help us.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placements in Alliance University is average to good. From the end of third semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placements.The average package for an MBA student is 6 LPA .The highest package for our batch was 24 LPA

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.
