Remarks
I had a great time at my college. The cultural diversity and gender diversity was pretty vast in the college. Social life was decent and the campus was ragging free. Events and fests featured cultural performances from the students including festive celebrations and other cultural dance performances and much more.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our curriculum was customized specifically for the HR profile. For the first two semesters, we studied general MBA subjects like economics, finance, and operations, organizational behavior. From the third semester onwards, we studied human resource management and related subjects since it was my specialization.
Placement Experience
We have a dedicated placement cell in our college and the placements were pretty great in our college. Students managed to secure 25k to 40k per month on an average, which was pretty decent for an internship job. Companies like Delloite, KPMG, Siemens, Ajanta Pharma, Varroc, Wipro, etc. were some of the main recruiters. Companies offer packages ranging from 8 LPA.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I paid INR 6.2 lacs for one year and my total course fee was over 12 Lacs which was pretty expensive for me. Our college has a pretty great return on investment for the program, which means at such a nominal price the packages offered to the students are pretty great.
Admission
I applied to the college with my SNAP exam score. Students need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate in graduation. Shortlisted students are invited to the counseling process in order to be allocated seats for the master's program. The administration was very supportive throughout the admission process.
Faculty
Our faculty members were very qualified and was friendly in nature. They explained topics with a thorough explanation and were pretty keen on resolving issues. We learned a lot from them and in a genuine sense they inspired us and I am pretty thankful to them.
