I took RPET. I scored a rank of 5000 in RPET exam and chose this course because it was in my home town. Plus the other college I got into was NMIMS whose annual fee was too high.

My internship was with BSNL. No stipend as it was basically a training in communication. I was a student of ECE and so there course was helpful for me.

Placements in my college were good. Major companies like Infosys,TCS,Cognizant etc were on campus. Lncredible job opportunities were provided. I myself got placed in both Infosys and TCS.

Many college festivals were organized on an annual basis. Aarohan being the best of them all many fun activities,dance,functions and various other things. I participated every year as a volunteer and organized various events in my 3rd and 4th year.

Like any other engineering college the gender ratio for girls to boys was about 40:60. The number of girls in our college was fairly decent. And of course people of all casts and religions were also present. Many competitions were held throughout there was a separate robotics club. Debates were held every Engineers day. Sports every college fest and labs were fully equipped and professional experts were there to help the students.

Since I was a day scholar I know a little about this. But the hostels were good. All the basic amenities were provided. The mess food was okay sort. But I had heard that it was better than all the other colleges in the area.

The seniors with whom I interacted were great simply superb. Infact they are the ones that guided us for this tough journey of 4 years. Very helpful during placements as they guided us for the interview questions and what the companies really look for in an employe.
