Remarks

Admission policy were really bad at the college.Anyone can get the admission because of which every positive thing about college turns Negative.Infrastructure was good but maintainance was not there.

Course Curriculum Overview

1

Course Curriculum was not good.Faculty was not much experienced and emphasis was done on rot learning without much exposure to practical learning.More Importantly, Admission criteria was not good for the college.

Placement Experience

0.5

No, my college does not provide internship with stipend. My college was not good in regards with placements and job opportunities for students.Only a handful of companies came with very low salary package.

College Events

1.5

In my college many events were celebrated. All festivals were organised by the hostel community.Plus Atharva was our college fest which we organised every year. Many celebrities were invited on these events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was expensive. Fees was around Rs 135000/year without hostel. Hostel cost- Rs 70000/year for a Four seater room. For other courses also Fees was also high.Transportation charges for Day scholar was also high Rs 40000/year.

Fees and Financial Aid

college provide good scholarship to attract students.100% scholarship were provided to those meritious students with more than 90% marks and 50% scholarship were provided to students with between 80 and 90% marks.

Campus Life

1.5

Many extracurricular activities were organised in our campus.Atharva our annual college fest was organised every year. Many cultural and technical events were organised.Students were very particopative.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

Hostel Infrastructure was good. But Food quality was very very bad.Hostel rool were sharing basis, all kind of sharing 4 person, 2 person 3 person sharing. Hostel cost- Rs 70000/year for a Four seater room And Rs 100000/year for Two seater room.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is not strong.Senior students are not helpful in gaining jobs or articleships.Placemnt opoortunities were few only.even seniors are having no job.Now college is at the verse of closure.

Admission

I got 100 percent Scholarship based on 12th marks and it was near to my home.No Interview was conducted.Direct Admission taken.I choose Mechanical Engineering because I wanted to pursue further studies without spending too much money.

Faculty

1

Faculty was Ok.Not much Qualified.Few teachers were good.Faculty were supportive though. They helped alot in organising extra curriculum activities. But more importantly emphasis was on rot learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since curriculum was given by AKTU itself, colleges only has the power to choose elective subjects- Few subjects were my fav and helped me alot in lot's of different scenerios - like EDC,Network Theory and ofc VLSI Design was my fav. For ECE students - university shd mandate Satellite communication and VLSI Technology a compulsory as it's a kind of core subjects and in every PSU as well as govt exams , questions from this subject always been asked by authorities. More faculties staff's are required.

Placement Experience:

Taking about campous placement of my college so this is not so good like it is almost negligibe . If you want job then you have to fimd it by yourself and you have to apply by yourself to company. sometimes few prof. will help you to apply for some companies but most of the times you have to do it by yourself only. As in other colleges you will be elegible for internships from 2nd year is also the same thing you can start your internship when ever you get it. Almost no company visit here for placement but some time few companies come here for ME and Civil deparment students .the placement percentage is approx 35 to 40 percent. My plans after getting degre is to go for higher studies.
