A very good college located in the heart of the city easily accessible to various parts of the city with proper bus routes and metro train facilities. the negative of the college is dress code should be followed and campus not vast as original campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is as per the new norms and the exam for admission is basic 12th portions. The exam is a computer written exam where you will be provided with a system and will be asked to select the options given. Based upon the number of correct answers mark will be awarded. No negative marking in SRM.
Placement Experience
It companies are more compared to core. It lucky 2-3 eligible candidates will make through the core company criteria. Internships will be provided and stipend of maximum 20000 will be provided based upon the company taken in.

Every department has its feasts and symposium. Every festival is celebrated In a grand manner with proper festive season brought inside people. There will be Rally's conducted to provide public awareness to people by the students protesting in peace.

It's expensive compared to colleges which are government operated or affiliated. But in SRM group of institutions ramapuram campus is feasible as compared to the main campus of srm which is located outside the city.

Loans is provided by mostly all the banks. Scholarship is given to students who clear the SRMJEE examination with flying colors. And the students who are backward or first graduate in the family will be provided with scholarships.

Extracurricular activities are given equal importance in SRM as the grounds are accessible by students and the labs are A grade as students will handle the equipments and all the equipments are in proper working condition and the teachers will provide helping hand.

Seniors are of no problem as they treat us properly and not having any ragging issues as the college is Keen on having anti ragging squad and the students will be taken into action if ragging is caught. The alumini network is huge and successful.

When I was Persuing my 12th grade I applied for this college examination called as SRMJEE and after the results were announced I was given a slot for counsilling to select my course and college and with that i was given an seat in SRM INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY RAMAPURAM

The best faculty provide freedom to express and they are very helpful in clearing doubts and have a wide knowledge of what they are handling.They even give career guidance and take care of us studying with full concentration.
