SSSUTMS is cost friendly good university

College is very good for those who have missed education due to money or time. I have taken admission after 9 years of my graduation. If you are willing to get a degree on time, take admission, study with honesty, give exams honestly you will get your degree.

The curriculum is well covered. My course has 4 semesters to complete. The first semester has 5 subjects and 2 practicals. The second semester is of 5 theory subjects and 2 lab work. The next 2 semesters will comprise project work, seminars, and only 2 theory subjects.

In this area, the college lags. They call up some companies but the companies are not to be excited for. The internship is mandatory and the department also takes it very seriously. No stipend is paid by the college.

Annual fest, Lectures, seminars, workshops, industrial visits, visit places of interest, eminent people interaction, simulation visits. Good auditorium, good board room where these events are held. A good event named TechnoSmart happens at a different level.

Very feasible fee structure and flexibility to pay per semester. You can pay directly, by PayTm, or even by CCvenue mode. You will get a proper fee receipt for every transaction you make with college. The tuition fees are very affordable, while bus service is free, library fees and other activity fees are included. They will not disturb every month for money. Well maintained system.

No direct scholarship scheme is existing. But, a discount facility for entrance exam topper and rank holders is available. For loan, the university has tie-up with Punjab National Bank, which provide ample loan after proper appraisal of the scholar is done.

Regular activities go in college from sports to cultural to literary events. Labs are proper and as per the norms. Labs are equipped with not so modern yet not so old machines and technologies. For example, the college has bought an actual engine of an aircraft for their aeronautical engineering students. Sports-wise, the university has not so a good infrastructure.

I have not opted for a hostel. But, I know my friends living in it. The hostel is well maintained spacious room. The fees are very genuine. Mess and canteen facility is not free but they provide decent food. No single room to acquire. Each room must have 2 roommates.

Seniors promote to get admission to the college for studies and exams. But, they warn about placements. The college has no alumni network whatsoever of self, but they are contacted via training and placement cell. A grand convocation is held after each batch gets their degree, which itself is grand.

I contacted the admission cell. They gave me a broucher, I gave my detail and course I am interested in. My course has 18 seats, luckily less than 18 showed interest. So, I got direct admission on the basis of merit. Otherwise, I would have to go through the screening process.

Well learned and qualified faculties. All faculties fall under the AICTE norms, which they follow strictly. Proper timetable and course work file they carry always. Never shrugged off their responsibility. Always step up to help students.
