Course Curriculum Overview
For the first two semesters, course curriculum was, more or less, aimed at providing a holistic view of the general management program. My MBA program was a dual specialisation program. At the beginning of the third semester, you have to opt for two specialisation and the last semester concentrates on the dissertation part.
Placement Experience
Placement cell of our college was very much dedicated towards bridging the gap between students are recruiters. Companies like Biocon, HDFC, Kotak, MRF, IDBI Capital visit our campus for recruiting students. Average package stands somewhere at 3 LPA.
College Events
Our college organises an annual fest called Vibe. It is an event which is pretty lively and electric. A number of dance performances, both cultural and western are organised which are main centre of attraction. I had a lot of fun, in these events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our college was privately funded and it was pretty expensive. I paid almost 3 lacs on annual basis. My entire two year course cost me around 6 lacs. Though, University is very much feasible for day to day expenses like chai, maggi which is available at decent prices in the cafeteria.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are quite prevalent in our college. Students take part in various kind of sporting events like cricket, volleyball, etc. Management promotes these activities and prompt students to make time for any kind of extracurricular activities.
Admission
I applied to the college with my KMAT exam scores. Competition was pretty stiff during my batch, since it is one of the best management colleges in the region. College is pretty supportive. They gave me enough time to present the documents for the document verification process.
Faculty
Our faculty members were qualified and possessed a tremendous amount of corporate experience. They were all supportive and even helped us prepare for the recruitment process. Guest faculty was also very thorough with their approach.
