Remarks

The sociology course is the coolest and the most proficient course. As I came across new dimensions of learning and exploring from this college the more I began to love this course. Apart from this, the hostel accommodations and other facilities like wifi campus made it a better platform to study.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The MA. sociology course structure constitute the elements of sociology and the research journals like theoretical approaches in sociology, population and demography, sociological thinkers, research methodology and even rural poverty and livelihood. Hence, the course was in depth and covered the essentials of sociology as a masters subject.

Placement Experience

4

As concerned with the internship and placement the college was always ready to help and support the students to either pursue higher education or to work in any well-reputed organization and many of my classmates are teaching sociology as a core subject.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was paid per semester and the total fee payable was approximately Rs 12825/-. The amount is less as the masters course in any other colleges are very high and most importantly the facilities given to us are also good.

Campus Life

4.5

Infrastructural wise the college is best in demonstrating the new themes as well as promotes student's health and mental heath to be balanced. Moreover, the library is well equipped with good books and referenced that can be read during the exams.

Admission

I cleared my BA. Sociology in 2017 and after that I applied here for pursuing MA. sociology 2 year course program through filling up an application form and meeting all the criteria required like percentage and submitting my documents.

Faculty

4

All the professors were good and most of them were PHD degree holder in the subjects and domains of the sociology like gender and development, rural sociology. Therefore, their educational and teaching experience was very high and well explained
