Entrance Preview
I have given RPET ( Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test) in 2014 and get 1669 ARR (72 marks out of 120 )I have select CIVIL ENGG because here in UCE, RTU Kota, Civil stream is supposed to be best in all over Rajasthan.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.Tech in 9 streams are going here, In each branch all the faculties are well experienced and educated from renowned institutes but they don't give emphasis on Practical approach although encourage students to do research work even to publish papers also.
Internships Opportunities
Any student cab be selected for internship in any firm depends on his own skills In internship period we can implement our theoretical knowledge practically & along with it we have given stipend of about 5-7thousand approx someone do internship on the basis of their own approach and jack in specific firm.
Placement Experience
Actually limited companies like TCS, HCL, MRF, AASHIYANA GRP etc come to the college and select the students according to their skills other than academic qualification almost 60-70% students are placed on campus and they get starting salary of about 15-20 thousand per month, then it increases continuously.
College Events
Every Year 3 big events Occurs in our, ANUKRITI - Annual college fest Organized by college with coordinatiin of various students committee and a lot of events are there in this fest, THAR - Techfest of RTU University level fest organized at Rajasthan level among all the college of RTU managed by UCE, Freshers Party - for new commers It is organized at the starting of the session in order to enlighten thw glory of college among new commer 1st year students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Hostels are Government funded having limited seats, cheap, old infrastructure, rooms are having sufficient size with proper ventilation hostel rent is 6700? annually mess works on Tender basis which costs 19000? per semester and food is of awesome quality any one lives on PG then he have to pay atleast 5000? monthly to survive.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no any specific loan facility available to students in campus but they can get it personally from their respective banks a lot of Scholarship schemes avail to students like Minority Scholarship on community basis, MHRD scholI, OCL, DCM, NSF & many other private scholarships.
Campus Life
Campus like is not so marvelous there are 300 girls among 1000 boys lot of clubs are there for students to learn something like Dance, Skit, G.D practices, debates, English improvement, programming learning and welfare clubs ,Robotics club, NSS & NCC held in college, Gymnasium n indoor stadium is there & for sports almost every pitch n ground is available there are some group based on religion & locality are going on in the campus, most of the time yhey quarrel among each other and made college atmosphere dirty there is no other discrimination in campus.
Alumni/Alumna
Every year there is an alumni meet organized in campus and each student get chance for interaction with them, they guide and motivate students to do some better there is Ragging in campus at low level junior senior relation is Respectful and junior obey the seniors either by fear or respect seniors help the juniors in every way for their personal improvement etc.
