Remarks

The college had dress code for all students and no ragging, or class bunking was allowed hence is the most disciplined college ever seen. Also the students need to be punctual, and if they did not reach college on time they were not allowed to enter into the premises.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum includes Mathematics, and Physics and Chemistry. Physics and Chemistry has three books each in which physics books include various specialised streams each year while chemistry includes physical, inorganic and organic chemistry. Each has lab classes also. Mathematics includes 4-6 books each year under various mathematics topics like statistics, trigonometry, calculus, etc. Exams are held each year which includes the questions based on full year studied course. Question paper format changes every one or two year.

Placement Experience

4

Each and every student that has studied in this college can easily get job placements in the respective fields. Although the college does not provide internship and placements in B.Sc. program, but it do provide internship and placements in other programs like MBA and MCA.

College Events

4

Various events like Annual Function, Sporta Day, Teachers Day, Childrens Day are celebrated in the college. The college also hosts various seminars wherein specialised persons come in and hosts various lab activities, functions, xultural events etc. The college is christian based so Christmas is celebrated at large scale.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very feasable, and is around Rupees 15000 to 25000 a year based on the program opted. The college provides scholarship to the meritorious students. Also the college provides assistance in applying for government based scholarship programs.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offered scholarships to meritorious students of each program. The scholarship was provided to the student that got the highest marks in the exams. The scholarship cheque was provided to the student during the sports day or annual function.

Campus Life

4

The lab activities were compulsory for students opting programs that include subjects like chemistry, physics, biology and computer. The labs include all kinds of apparatus and equipments required for best kind of practical knowledge. Sports activities included various tournaments like football tournament, cricket tournament, basketball tournament and other games like kabaddi, kho-kho, and atheletics events like long jump, hurdles, javelin throw, shotput, run, etc. and sports day function.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility was only there for girl students, hence I have no idea of the facilities offered but the girls hostel building was on the other side of the sports ground and is quite large wherein the college staff sisters and nuns also stay. The boys stay in the private hostels and rooms that are near the college building.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network includes all former and senior students and they interact with each other on the online alumni network and various functions held in the college. The alumni are really helpful for various topics currently being studied by the students.

Admission

Firstly filled in the admission form purchased with the college prospectus and submitted the form at the college office. At the date of admission, checked the merit list and saw my name there. After that completed all the formalities of admission and gave interview to the Mathematics department and got the admission.

Faculty

4

Faculty of college is great. Highly professional, helpful teachers providing assitance in studies at any time of college time. Lab assistants also good and have good knowledge about experiments and the lab apparatus.
