Positive thing is all the staff is soo helpful. College have received an award for cleanliness. Campus is soo clean and strict action is taken if you misbehave in campus. To keep our college clean is our responsibility too.
Placement Experience
Very good companies come here for placement. This year we tied with TATA. We have started aeronautical departments also from 2016. We are focusing more on practicals and work based knowledge instead of just book knowledge.
College Events
Events from WALCHAND, DKTE, and other colleges come to our college. Other activities such as different from only study are also taken. Quiz events general knowledge based quizzes. Pubg game events etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Some what expensive. Fees for BTECH Btech program in engineering is 130000. Travelling fees, hostel fees, mess food fees are not included in this. We have to pay different for that. From Miraj to college bus fee is 10000.
Fees and Financial Aid
We are in Sanjay Ghodawat University. Sanjay Ghodawat Institute come under Shivaji University. So SGI provide discounts in there fees in terms of religion or total income of family structure. But we, students of Sanjay Ghodawat University can't get any benefit in concession of fees.
Campus Life
They are too good. Separate Football ground and cricket ground is there. college provide all the equipments like cricket bat, cricket ball, football, volleyball, basketball. The ground is neat and maintained greenery on it.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are just mind blowing. Soo clean. Soo neat. No permission is given for other students which are not staying there. 24×7 watchman is there at each gate entrance. Strict dicision is taken if you misbehave.
Alumni/Alumna
We are first batch coming out. So That way we don't have seniors. But In SGI, seniors are helpful. We are like a unity. SGI & SGU students know each other very closely.
Admission
We have given one assignment based on 12th subject. We scored above their passing marks. And also 12th marks criteria was also considered. CAP round is not required for the online registration.
Faculty
All the faculties are very much helpful. They are available for us outside the college hours also. We can ask our doubts and queries on what's app also. Which is convenient for us, students.
