College is best to make career in the engineering. College have good infrastructure facilities and best faculties.

I entered in the college based on my GATE score for Mtech and after completion of Mtech, college selected me for the course of PhD based on my academic record and interview performance.

The course curriculum is fantastic giving detailed knowledge of basic engineering technologies and highlighting its application for the usage of mankind. PhD course consist of 1 year of academic course work and research project work which is to be completed in next 4 semesters (2 years.). Student has to study the courses in detailed and required to use this knowledge for the development of their own thesis research project work which can give realistic model to the society.

Generally Students apply for internship in ICAR Research centers, agriculture universities, tractor training centers, Irrigation companies, and Renewable Energy Companies as per their own interest, Students get stipend of 8 to 10 thousand from the industries and different organizations apart from their lodging and boarding. Jain Irrigation system Ltd, Netafim Irrigation company, Shaswat Energy Pvt Ltd usually came here to offer internship to the students. Apart from these companies student can search and work in different industries and NGOs to gain initial practical working experience

We had a group of 6 students in the department of Renewable energy engineering. Among that 2 got selected as agriculture officer through ibps specialist officer exam, one fellow is working in shaswat energy pvt Ltd as an project engineer, one has taken admission for PhD in the center for Rural development and technology, IIT Delhi and one fellow has started working in the department itself on BDTC programme. Shaswat Energy offered initially 25,000 INR per month salary to that fellow, now he may be earning around 40,000 INR per month. The fellow who is working in BDTC is getting 35,000 INR per month. Bank Agriculture officers are getting around 37 to 40 thousand gross salary. The PhD fellows are getting SRF fellowship of 28,000 + HRA per month.

Engineering day, Annual Cultural program, Annual Sports event etc.Apart from these regular events college organize national and international conferences every year on various engineering topics in different departments.

As the college belongs to government university, so fees are feasible to the students. student normally required to deposit around 22500 INR per year as college fees and around 10,000 INR for their hostels per annum. So as compared to private colleges the fee structure is well feasible to normal student.

Generally some students which are selected by ICAR JRF exam are getting JRF scholarship of around 12000 INR monthly to carry out their MTech for a period of 2 academic years from ICAR (Indian council of agriculture research) . For Phd student if selected for any fellowship programme may get fellowship of 28,000 + HRA INR. College is not offering any fellowship to students.

College life is awesome here. University and college has given well freedom to students to study, for cultural activities, and to participate in sports. Every year college is conducting annual ,cultural as well as sports activties. Student those are interested get good chance to perform through these activities. College consist of well equipped library which is opened for 24 hrs, student can study their for their competitive preparation in the university libraries.

Student can get hostels at 10,000 INR for each academic year. Food of the mess is typically includes breakfast, lunch and dinner which cost around 1800 INR per month. Lunch and dinner includes chapati/roti, sabji, and DALCHAWAL.

College invites all their alumnies every year, so students get a chance to interact and get some knowledge of their experience. College have alumni cell, every senor pass out student is member of that cell which helps to guide the freshers.

Each academic year consist of 2 semesters. In each semester their is mid term exam and at the end their is semester end exam for offered courses. In each semester student has to take 6 to 8 courses for study.

Department consist of professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, lab assistants and Technical Assistants. Teaching staff has good expertise of their own areas. They all posses PhD in different areas of Renewable Energy. Experts belong to the
