Remarks

College's image and atmosphere is good in study. But this is made by students itself not by faculty. College should think about overall development of students. Proper and sufficient items for gyming and sports should be there.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

This course is of 5.5 years in which 4.5 years are of pursuing MBBS and 1 year course for internship. As far as exams are concerned, they are divided in sessional, pre-university and University exams. Sessional and Pre-university exams are conducted at college level but University exams are conducted by University which is MPMSU.

Placement Experience

2

For job and placement, separate exams or interviews are going to be conducted. College has no role in that. Yes, my college provide internship. It is of 1 year and ?10,000 only are provided on the name of stipend.

College Events

1

1. Republic Day - it is celebrated on 26th of January of every year. 2. Dr B R Ambedkar Birth Anniversary - it is celebrated on 14th April of every year. 3. Independence Day - on 15th August 4. Gandhi Jayanti - on 2nd October.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very expensive. Students come from poor families are not able afford such amount. Being a government college, fee structure must be feasible so that every talented student can get education easily.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarship as well as education loan are going to be provided by college. They provide scholarship for ST/SC/OBC candidates as well as 10% of General candidates. For poor students, college only accept fees by loan which student have to take from any bank.

Campus Life

3

Actually there is no support by college for any extracurricular activity. Mostly students prefer only study. Yes there are labs. The condition of sports section is poor. You can't get anything for play.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Yes, I have opted hostel. For hostel infrastructure, 6/10 as it is improving day by day. And for hostel facilities, 4/10.there is no facility provided by college except jhadu-ponchha. Earlier cleanliness was also not there. Sweaters used to come once or twice a month. There is no facility for mineral water, television, gym, play grounds, regular maintenance of electrical instruments like tune lights.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni meets are going to be conducted within every 3-4 years in the college. For Ex-hostellers, alumni meets are going to be organised by hostel students every year. In college, it's the function of one day and in hostel it is celebrated for 7 days.

Admission

Every year NEET exam is going to be held. We have to qualify it and then counselling is going to be conducted by individual colleges like mine. For exam preparation people prefer Allen Kota. Except it, there are many other local coachings available in the market.

Faculty

1.5

Some professors really want to teach us and remaining all are just doing their job as formality. It is in both Theory classes as well as practical classes in hospitals. Some teachers calls students for reaching and some ignores when we reach at their places.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS course curriculum is quite comprehensive and well-structured, covering all the essential aspects of medical science needed for both academic growth and clinical practice. The inclusion of subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry in the first year builds a strong foundation for understanding the human body and disease mechanisms. The curriculum is relevant as it gradually progresses from basic to clinical subjects, preparing students for real-world medical applications and patient care. Teaching methods such as interactive lectures, practical sessions, dissections, and clinical demonstrations make learning more engaging and concept-based. However, more emphasis on integrated teaching, case-based discussions, and exposure to real clinical settings from the early years would further enhance understanding and application. The frequency and timing of exams are generally well-planned, but sometimes the schedule can feel packed, leaving limited time for conceptual revision. Overall, the curriculum is highly relevant and effective, though incorporating more modern teaching methods, simulation-based learning, and periodic skill assessments could make it even better suited for today’s medical challenges.
