Our college has a good infrastructure. The study pattern is very good. And very well maintained and helpful staff.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very good. There are so many tutorial classes of each subject for clearing the doubts and they also provide us the assignments which help us to understand the topics very well. There are a total of 4 exams. Three of them named as class tests which conducted every month and then the main (university) exam.
Placement Experience
The placement is not so good. They need to improve the placement strategy. No, they don't provide any kind of internships.
College Events
There were lots of sports events, cultural events (MITSA, UTKARSH, etc.) conducted by the college. Each department has its own event society. They do a lot of fun events or competitions like different games, quiz competitions. We used to celebrate festivals too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
According to the different course fee structure varies. I was a b.tech student. so my first-year fees were more than 1 lac which included the security money also and after that fees were one lac ten thousand per year. I opted hostel So I had to pay the hostel fee also.
Fees and Financial Aid
For scholarship, We had to make contact with the account section guys. Scholarship totally depends on some criteria like percentage should be above 60 in 10, 10+2 and in graduation also.
Campus Life
The gender ration in the Computer science branch was like 50% girls and 50% boys. But in other branches like Electrical engineering and electronics & comm. the engineering gender ratio was 25-30%. In the mechanical engineering branch, there was no girl. Labs were very well maintained and the lab assistants were experienced.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees were around sixty thousand per year. The infrastructure of the hostel was so good. Food quality was average. But we could change the menu after one week or after a month. The light facility was good. Medical facilities were available 24x7.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors were so frank and chill. They were always ready to help us in every way in anything. It's helpful.
Admission
I got direct admission through the college's admission cell in September 2015. There were some forms I just filled those forms and had to submit some documents such as Identity proof, medical certificates, 10th, and 12th mark sheets. Fees were submitted at the time of admission.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was very helpful, good and experienced. They always support the students and encourage them to do better different and innovative things. You can ask your query at any time. Each faculty is always available to help the students. The faculties are well qualified.
