topper of the college encouraged by father to do B.tech

The college is just an average college. It is soon going to be closed at out time it was a remark college of my city. We used to wim several competitions and name of college was far spread.

Went through management quota. Direct written exam and got selected for college. I choosed electronics and communiction engineering as my subject. i choose it because my dad being an electronics amd telecom engineering in indian air force had a electronics lab at home which inspired me to learn what really electronics is.

Electronics and communication is a beautiful and standard engginering discipline. It is interesting,detailed, practical life involving subjects. My favorite subject was pure electronics.

There was no internship but companies came for placement like hcl, amartec systems, one teck automations,vivo labsthe package offered was minimum 3lacs to maximum 5 lacs.

College used to celebrate cultural fests like antarangi,manthan etc.They were for city level and almost 200 students used to participate in them. They used to give gold, silver and bronze level winners ro different colleges winners.

The fees structure was average. It was 85,000 yearly to be pais either in installments or one time payment. yearly bus fees pf rupees 10,000 was paid if college bus was to be used.

There were university state scholarahips available. These were given according to the caste categories as per state laws. Loan were given by banks.

The campus life was good. Regular debate competitions,plays,sports competitions,singing competitions,dance competitions,festivals, rangoli competitions, trips and tours were conducted.

The hostel facilities were average. 2 shares room, 4 shared room options were there. there was hot and cold water facility wifi facility and computer facility.the mess food was ok . we used to miss moms hand made food. 3 times a day meals were provided.

I am in contact with many of my seniors and super seniors. Many are placed in mnc and some in government jobs. They were good helpful and did not do any ragging.

The exam structure was very hectic. It took place 3 times a year. 2 times college sessional exams and 1 time yearly university exams. But the pattern of teaching was very enjoying. teachers used to teach using short tricks and methods.

The faculties were p.hd holders and very good professors.
