Remarks

There are only positive remarks on this college. It provides you with world class education with it's tie-ups with different foreign universities. It has a good infrastructure and facilitates everything a student needs.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum revolves around the subject of management with practical works and projects. Students are provided with industry training and certifications from top organizations. The exam structure is of four semesters for the two year course.

Placement Experience

There are placement programmes held very often in campus. More than 100 companies visit the campus for placements. The highest CTC offered is Rs. 28.40 lakhs per annum in 2019. It has amazing placements but it mostly depends on your results and interview.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course costs Rs 12.6 lakhs. It also includes a mandatory study trip to the University of Buffalo, New York for 3-4 weeks. Taking other colleges on hand, the fees is quite feasible and affordable for a master's degree programme.

Admission

The admission process is solely based on your graduation score. You need to have a minimum of 50% in your under graduation to apply for this course. Your score on CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT are also considered by the college.

Faculty

The college has experienced faculty with very friendly professors. They are also strict when it comes discipline and attendance. They are always there to guide you and help you out regarding any problems.

College Placement plays an essential part in every college and AIMIT does too, I had chooses Marketing. In my field, many of my batchmates did not get better opportunities and were not placed too. But Yeah companies like Refinity, Techmahendra, Dufry and many other companies visit the college campus. The highest package as company and profiles offered is 10 LPA and the lowest is 1.5 LPA.

Admission:

I took the CAT examination and based on my CAT score I made an application for admission in this college. Interview and short round of test was conducted after qualifying that I was granted the admission in the PGPM program. I was looking to get into the IIMs but since my CAT score was not that much so I settle for this one as it is also very popular college in Bengaluru.

Remarks:

Overall, I enjoyed my days here. With the help of my teachers and seniors, I was able to research and understand things by keeping in mind the course structure. Also, I was happy that the subjects were easily discussed and I never felt that they were difficult.

Very good college with good campus placement

Remarks:

Faculties are very very supportive, always encourage for new things. I just want to suggest there should one annual trip for students. I agree there is an industrial visits conducted in each semester but if one annual trip will be there it will be good where students can enjoy.

So the process for admissions in any MBA course from any business school requires you to clear and have CAT, MAT, OR GMAT score or any other such competitive scores. I took CAT and cleared the cutoff marks that make me eligible to apply for tier2 colleges since my score was 79 percentile. I don't have any reservation benefits with me and the admission process was simple and clear, once you have a score you need to find the colleges that will accept the students falling under a certain score range. For instance, in my case, I shortlisted a few colleges after going through their website and reading their cutoff for MBA, while I was going through this I saw Amrita school of business was offering a dual degree course wherein I was getting MBA along with MS from a renowned college in USA that is SUNY, University at Buffalo, NY. Also, they asked for a CAT score above the 60 percentile so I was qualified to apply there and likewise, I applied and that was followed by shortlisting by the college....Read More
