Gateway college of architecture and design

Our college Gateway college of architecture and design is a nice college.

The course curriculum over here is fair enough. The course itself is observation oriented and hence needs a lot of research and practical knowledge which the college alone cannot cater and hence we need to put in our own efforts for our establishment.

I am a student of first year hence i have no idea about the placements or internships provided here.

Quite a few events have taken place in my presence or from the time i have been here. The one that the college has organised are Archventure , the fresher's party, Diwali celebration , Holi celebration , the guest lectures held on a small scale inside the campus for a limited time slot.

The fee structure of Gateway college of architecture and design is about 2 lakhs per year including the hostel accommodation charges which is compulsory for every one studying over here, The total is about 1 lakh per semester to be payed in one installment .

no i have not opted for any scholarships as there are no options provided by the college and hence to opt for a bank loan.

The campus life over here is just a general school life and is just that we need to stay away from our family. There are no cultural societies over here and no indulgence in sports and athletics is available because you wont get enough time to geet a proper sleep.

the hostel fee is about 50 thousand per semester that is over a lakh for a year. no single rooms are available. all the rooms available over here is either double sharing or triple sharing. with just a table , chair and an almirah . the washroom is shared by 5 people in the morning. And yess the most important this non -vegetarians forget about eating non veg in campus as this a pure vegetarian campus.

We need to say sir/madame to our seniors and we need to wish them good morning, evening as well but we share a great bond together and they come to our rescue whenever in need.

I got my admission in gateway college of architecture and design through the counselling session in the mid of July as i had given JEE mians as well as NATA both the entrance exams for the bachelors of architecture course. To get admission in here is not a tough task.

The strength of the faculty in gateway college of architecture and design is quite less but available ones are good and even some of them are the best that one could have. We have some of the good architects as well as professors around and they are available for our help whenever required.
