Course Curriculum Overview

It offers MBA and PG Diploma courses. The two year MBA programme aims at holistic development of the students in four semesters. The curriculum is designed in such a manner so as to improve and establish functional abilities of the students to tackle the situation. The programme includes Bridge Courses, Foundation Courses, Core Courses, Elective Courses, Skill Courses, and Practice Courses. Exam structure is based on Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA)(60%)and End Semester Examination (ESE)(40%) at the end of each semester.

The placement rate is growing at the college with increase in number of recruiters coming to the college. The college organises many events that contribute for overall development of the students. These include Personality Development, Career Counselling, the Outbound Experience, and Day with Nature; Urjith and Feb Fiesta; National Education Day, and Independence Day; Onam and Christmas; and, annual domestic and international tours.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of the college is very strong and ever growing with 1500 alumni students. The college organises alumni meets and various other gatherings of the alumni including facilitation of alumnus in February every year.

Admission

Eligibility: Graduation with minimum 50 per cent marks in any discipline from any recognized University. Admission is granted on the basis of scores in UG, MAT/TANCET and Interview. Application form can be submitted online or offline with required documents.

The faculty is highly qualified. Sadhasivam ( P, Dr. MCom, MBA, PhD) – Director, have about 31 years of professional experience. All of the faculty is keenly interested in research program and act as helping hand for the students. They participate and present in many international workshops, conferences and publish research journals.

An insight to college life

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for Summer Internship from 2nd semester while for Final placements from 5th semester. Some of the companies which come for placement are JP Morgan & Chase, Decathalon, BNY, Mastercard, Cocoblu, Bajaj, ICICI Bank. The highest which was offered was of 24 Lakhs while the average is 14 Lakhs. 85% of students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to work for an organization and learn and grow in the management field.

Placement Experience:

The placements at ISSM Business School are excellent, with students becoming eligible from the final semester and nearly 100% placement achieved, as top companies like Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and Deloitte visit the campus offering roles across various domains, with packages ranging from around ?6 LPA to ?29 LPA and an average of about ?13.6 LPA, and after completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job through campus placement and grow professionally in my chosen field.

In issm they provide 100 % a placements because the overall strength of the colleges for campus 1 180 and campus 2 is 130 so it's very easy for them to get students place and companies like Deloitte and lots like that be company are coming so that training take you is so definitely the students can get placed under percent

About ISSM BUSINESS SCHOOL

Placement Experience:

In ISSM they are offering internship opportunities for students in 2 semester itself. And most of the companies are offering PPO (Pre Placement Offer) for the interns. Probably mid of 3 semster the students will placed as full time employee before complete their MBA degree. No college will give this kind of opportunities for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I preferred MBA because i need to gain knowledge about business and managing skill, Where it can help me in future for my own business! But why i have Choose ISSM is because their teaching method is very interesting and i'm a student prefer to practical class rather the theory books! and even they provide Dual Degree at low fees structure. So ISSM provides that so i joined ISSM.
