Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum for undergraduate dental sciences study is almost similar to the actual medicine syllabus. our course curriculum also includes some of the practical laboratory sessions which makes the subject very much interesting to learn. There are clinical rotations included as a compulsory part of our syllabus which exposes us to the real hospital environment.

College Events

3.5

Our college mostly celebrates the annual sports meet in our college campus and the cultural festivals that keep coming throughout the year. Sports meet is something that we all look forward to. Our teachers are also the ones to encourage us and they also participate along with us as much as possible. Various competitions and games are played and the winning team or person receives awards and certificates of participation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

If we have a look at what facilities the college gives to its students, then we can definitely say that the fee structure lies somewhere in the middle of feasible and expensive. But the parents have reported positively about the facilities and the college management, saying that the fees paid are worth it.

Campus Life

3.5

Since we have a career needing practicals the most, there are many laboratories which are equipped with the latest machinery for the benefit of the students. We also follow an anti-ragging rule, where ragging is strictly banned in our campus and the teachers tell us to promote the same.

Admission

For students to get admitted into this college, they first need to give the NEET entrance exam. According to the score cutoff for the year which is normally released by the college tentatively around the NEET exam results, the admission process will further take place in college premises itself along with document verification and personal counseling.

Faculty

3.5

Our college has one of the best doctors and professors teaching to the students. Medical field does require an experienced faculty so that the students do not have any difficulty regarding any concept. We are really grateful for such an amazing set of teachers who are ever ready to help us and are there for us through out rough times.

The curriculum is as decided by the Dental Council of India (DCI). It includes all necessary topics required for application in any dental clinic. Although the syllabus may appear to be very vast, it is doable, especially if you study consistently. There are 3 subjects each in the first, second, and third year, and eight subjects in the final year.

The college is close to my home town and fees is reasonable this two things influence me to choose this course. College prepare at its level but we have to prepare ourselves for each and every hurdle in practice and clinics. The teaching methods of college is very old and slow they should try new methods so that students also take interest in studies. Timing of exams are not fix they take exams any time , they take internals before 1 month of final exams , college not give us paper leave.
