Review about Gyan Mahavidyalaya Aligarh

The college provides a bachelor degree in arts commerce computer applications,science ,b.ed and b.t.c. There is also an end semester exams which you need to qualify in order to be promoted to the next year.There are also internals conducted by teachers to keep an eye on your progress.

The fee structure is like this i.e 7000 for B.com,10000 for m.com,5500 for b.a ,7500 for b.sc,10000 for m.sc in maths and 12500 for m.sc in chemistry. The fee structure is quite average and the facilities here is also nice.

The college provides scholarship to the students as per the rules and criteria laid out by the government and they also provide few other scholarships to the deserving candidates and thus inspiring them to win laurels for their college.

The college provides N.S.S facilities to boys and girls,gym facilities,book bank facilities,cafeteria ,well equipped labs ,medical and health centre indoor and outdoor games facilities and they are quiet good.

There is hostel facilities for students are not from Aligarh thus showcasing their care for their students as hostel marks the beginning of discipline in one's life along with responsibilities. The infrastructure and facilities in the hostel is average.

The seniors are really helpful and friendly and caring.The alumni network is really strong and they come to see their teachers and also motivates the students to do well in their respective careers. They are quite well placed and we'll try to repeat the same by following their footprints.

I got admission into the college by virtue of 10+2 marks. The students need to submit an application for admission for which they must possess 75% marks from recognised board and then there is an extrance examination and a merit list is put out on basis of which admission is granted.You also need to report to college for verification of documents.

The faculty of the college is good and they maintain a very healthy relationship and creates the right environment for all round growth and development and the faculty is also a strong reason for which the alumni network is really good.
