Remarks

Going to be one of top 5 college under University. Devloping very fast with maintaining the growth. Well experienced professionals are there. Young dynamic talented persons also are there. Education as well as other activities along with infrastrusture all are so good.

Course Curriculum Overview

As it is affiliated to AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and under BPUT university so its Course curriculum and exam structure is decided by university board. Syllabus and exam Pattern is quite good.

Placement Experience

This provides almoast 99 percent placements in various sectors. After pass out Placement officer gives you the best opportunity for placement. Internship is also provided by college in many developed industries and psu's also. I Got 3 month internship in Ferro chrome alloys limited in jajpur district with monthly 5000 stipend.

College Events

There are many events celebrated in one academic year in college premises. First of all innaguration day in september 12 than welcome ceremony for freshers than annual sports and extra cirricular activities as well than annual function and than farewell ceremony for supper siniors. There is also other festivals like Ganesh puja and viswakarma puja and eid are celebrated and the proud moment of independence day and republic day is also celebrated .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of college is different for different students as per university guideline and rules. For Sc and ST students the tuition fee is totally free. And there is also Tuition fee waiver students other than SC and ST who comes from OBC background in low family income criteria. The general fee structure was 50000 only in fever of tuition fee. Other fees are very less.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes it provides scholarships to meritious students. This college has a better plan of submitting course by installment payments if required. Financially weak meritious students may avail this offer. Rather than this almoast all SC, ST , OBC and other low income criteria students gets benifit of state scholarship which is helped by college.

Campus Life

Best infrastructure it have. Spacious labs having quality maintained instruments and equipments. Also have sports area with Yoga area. Performance of extra curricular activities having done in specific time interval.

Alumni/Alumna

I can say its a family. Very much help handed the seniors are. When one got admitted in this college he is treated as new commer of family. Seniors are very helpful as they never give a chance to realise that you are distance to your parents.

I Got admitted in B Tech Undergraduate course in Mechanical engineering branch at VIT balasore through state entrance exam odisha joint entrance exam ( ojee ) merit list and ojee admission procedure.

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

KIIT:place where students chase their dreams.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards companies visit campus and recruit students for internship. This internship season goes upto entire 7th semester. Many companies like amazon Deloitte cognizant and many other startups visited the campus.highest package was 42lpa and average package for computer science was 9 lpa. Around 70 percent student got placed.i want to get a good job in a good company.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good but not great. Th overall performance of students getting placement from every branch course combined is more than seventy percent. But the percentage in branch to branch respective wise is different , as Computer science engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Electrical Engineering have higher placement rates than any other courses. From Seventh semester students became eligible for sitting in placements. You can say from the start of Fourth year students sit in placements. Many companies visit and offer placements to our students but the big companies are TCS( Tata consultancy services) , Infosys, Adani Limited , Reliance Limited , Tata Power and Co.. The highest package offered to our branch course ( Electrical Engineering ) Is 13 LPA by Tata Power. The percentage of students getting placed by Electrical Engineering is pretty good and is 77%. Overall percentage of students from all branches is 72%. My plans after getting the degree is simple. I am preparing for placements and also for gate exam . I want to give myself a chance . I will try to get a big placement from a big company as I want . If that doesn't go according to my plan I will try to qualify gate exam and will do Masters in Technology in a. Higher Institute.
