Summary of our college education

Academic wise your college is nice but infrastructure wise is not that much. If you want to have a good IT career our college is best but coming to core branches placements are not that much. So compared to local colleges in our area our college will be in top three but if you have any higher knowledge or goals go iit or niit otherwise our is one of the best options.

Compared to other college syllabus (Any JNTU affiliated colleges) our college syllabus was little bit towards gate oriented and most of the competitive exams like ISRO etc follow the same syllabus. So it will be helpfull for us in some way.

The placements for CSE and IT students are very good if you have good knowledge you can easily be placed in 3-4 companies without much effort but for other branches core placements are not that much apart from hyundai,medha etc not many big companies.

Apart from studies there will not be many events to be celebrated in your college. There will be two major events like tech fest for individual branches and annual day. The fest will be celebrated for two days where first day will be purely for technical and cultural competitions and second day evening will be cultural programs. Annual day celebrations are purely cultural for whole one day.apart from all these there will be some club events also.

The fee structure will consist of amount around 85k during my time where i got 35k fees reimbursement and around 47k is paid by me every year where 30k-35k will be the college tution fee nd in first you will be charged with 17k of building fund. Apart from that some examination fees will be charged from you.

If you get qualified in EAMCET the government will give you 35000 concession in the fee and if you secure rank below 10k then you will get a full concession in tution fee and the students should pay only building fund around 17k during my admission in 2015. Apart from that education loans will be given to the students.

Apart from some sports and cultural events organised by some clubs there are no other major events in our college. We will get our chances at cultural events only in fests and annual day celebrations.Coming to labs the infrastructure is good but not advanced as MVGR college.

Based on the interest of the seniors management will arrange some interactive sessions with them which is not always mandatory. So, in my b.tech days i attended around 3-4 sessions which is little bit helpful to get exposure about the outside industries and environment.

I secured EAMCET rank around 13k and in councelling where we should keep number of options by your choice for different branches in different colleges in first councelling i got vignan college later in the third councelling i got ANITS Mechanical branch.

Coming to faculty the coverage of syllabus is good and academic wise the teaching infrastructure is good but not that much practical. Leaving two to three members from the faculty none of them have that much technical knowledge though they are good academic wise. Overall i can say the teaching faculty is good.
