IIMP is an autonomous institute affiliated by Pune university. They have included many practical based case studies and knowledge in their curriculum. Exams are also having practical based questions. This enables students to get ready for industry exposure.

College is good in terms of both summer internship placements and final placements. More than 50 companies visit the campus every year for placements. For internships maximum companies provide stipends. 5000-6000 is average stipend for internships.

This college hosts value-adding events for students like Brand Slam in which managers from various companies share their experiences with students. They also have event names as World Marketing Congress in which Managers and CEOs of global companies guide students. They also have annual day. Various cultural programmes also happen in this college.

Fee structure is quite expensive. Total fees are 2.5 Lakhs per annum. In this 2 Lakhs are college fees and 50 thousand are career development programme fees. In the career development programme they provide training for all placement activities and personal development.
