High endurance sports, for example, will train you to focus and build stamina in the face of intense difficulty. This gives you an advantage when it comes to studying and taking exams. Also there are lots of activities available to do such as sports music dance etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Creating an engaged, supportive alumni network is crucial to an instituition’s success. If communication stops once graduates leave an instituition, their understanding of the university will become stale. Instead, they should be kept informed so they can remain engaged and keep abreast on the progress of the university. Good alumni relationships bring many benefits to both the instituition and the alumni.
