Entrance Preview

As it was an Arts and Science college and I opted for B.com computer application. All they saw was my +2 total and computer science score.

Course Curriculum Overview

A wide range of courses are provided with decent staffs with decent knowledge. Can't say all staffs are knowledgeable but majority of the staff are good.

Internships Opportunities

Most were from trichy namely BHEL, and around trichy cities like karur,madurai etc. Most of them got into BHEL and a cement factory in between trichy and karur.

Placement Experience

As an B.com student CUB bank came and explained the procedures of exam etc for bank jobs and other companies including TCS and some reputed companies in trichy came during the final year. According to the study for B.com computer applications TCS offered around 12 k and other companies in trichy provided 10k-15k.

College Events

It's kind of 50-50. Exams will be conducted as unit tests for 30 marks which will be counted at the end of an semester for appearing semester exams. Labs were not hectic.

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester onwards the management made various efforts to conduct oncampus And they made it. Some companies which visited our campus is tata groups , vindhya e infomedia, wipro etc. Highest package offered is 3,00,000 per annum most probably 80 % of students placed. My plan after degree is to place in good reputed company.

From the 4th semester exam, the student is eligible for a placement campus interview. In our college, mega campus interview happen and all south college students participated in our college campus interview Some campus interview companies are LIC, Muthoid finance, and HDFC. 20% of people were selected in campus interviews. After my degree, I going to do CA intermediate exam and attend some government exams.
