Ma college

There isn't any negative remarks to be mentioned about the college and a lot of positive things to be mentioned. Firstly about the number of patients, this factor helps the students to get a great exposure to different kind of diseases. Clean campus is one of the other highlight of the college.

Course curriculum is set by the Kerala University of Health Science. Theory exam and practical exams are held. Three internal exams are also conducted. 70 marks theory paper and 30 marks from the internals and 100 mark for the practical section and viva.

College provides an internship for one year with a stipend of 23000rs for HS and 53000 for PGs. There is no direct placement from the college. Opportunities are high in this field. Students can either go for PG or can go for practice in private firms or government sector through PSC examination.

All kind of extra caricular activities are there. Traditional festival are also celebrated in the college. National important days are also celebrated. Children days, valentine's Day, Christmas,Onam , cleaning day all are celebrated.

23000 per year which is quite feasible for all kind of students. No other extra fees are there. 50 rupees per month for hostel rent to the government are paid. Fees is a one time payment and no monthly fees is required.

College provides all the national and state government scholarship scheme. No special scholarship is provided by the college by its own as it is a government instituition. Educational loans are available.

Sports arts literature. All kind of extracurricular activities are promoted in the college. Sports fest, inter batch arts competition are conducted. Laps are well furnished and newly revised instruments are present.

Opted hostel. A new hostel with very good infrastructure. A well maintained wash rooms. Reading room, media room, table tennis area, badminton court. Food is good at the hostel with minimum fare. No power cuts Fully furnished rooms

Super seniors are always helpful. They plays a great role in getting initial jobs in private sectors. Seniors helps a lot in academic section too by providing the books and question papers. Alumni network is quite weak in the college.

Through NEET Entrance examination. It got a multiple choice question pattern which covers physics, chemistry and biology. 45 questions each from physics and chemistry. 90 questions from biology which includes both botany and zoology. Time duration for the exam is 3 hours. Question paper is set for a total of 720 marks ie each question carries 4 marks.

One of the best faculties are being provided. Being a government college the faculties provided has great knowledge and experience which they share to us. Being a government college large number of patients comes everyday and these faculties help us a lot to get a great exposure to many cases.
