Remarks
The college does have a good environment when compared to the outside world. The campus maintains it's green through the year. This refreshes every student of MCC. But sometimes there will be issues with the decision of management in many scenarios.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is a correct for PG studies. Also the the exam and evaluation is based on the credit based system. There will be internals and externals and both should be passed individually. Internal assessment consists of three test on which one is seminar.
Placement Experience
Placement and Job opportunities are handled by placement cell of the college. Many companies like Deloitte, E&Y, Zifo, KLA tencor comes to college every year for graduates and post graduates. Internship opportunities are also provided.
College Events
Many events are organized in our college in college level and departmental level. Fests will be organized which will be under the supervision of student council which is the cabinet elected solely by the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure varies for the different streams. My department has morning and evening batch. In this morning batch is paying less than the evening batch. But comparatively the fees structure is affordable.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships offered by college. These are informed to every department by circulating the details to respective head of department or department representatives of the department. Most of them are to aid the needed and talented.
Campus Life
As mentioned there are Halls in our college and each Hall have their sports man persons. There will be interhall meet every year and these students also get aid from college and opportunities for participating higher level competitions.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't opted for any hostel facilities. But the hostel facilities provided in our college is of very good standard. These hostels are referred as Halls. And every Hall has adequate facilities and each have almost 100 students.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has a strong alumini group. They aid us in lot for many programs and help us for the sponsorship of many departmental and college programs. Facilities are also offered by them. There will be alumini meet for the passed students almost every year.
Admission
Admission was based on merit. The admission is through college site. Selected candidates will be called for enrollment and admission. Fees will be paid before enrollment through online by link provided by college site.
Faculty
Faculties are well trained to interact with students and train them. All are experts in their own branch of chemistry. All have at least an experience of 5 years. Along with them freshers are also there, but selected through tough interviews.
