Awesome College

Positive- overall it's a moderate college with ok amenities, infrastructure, labs facility, transport, hostel. I would not prefer to one who wants to explore more by attending workshops, seminars, etc, because this college situates in a rural area. Negative- assistant professors are the worst that's it.

The college was then affiliated with JNTUK. so the curriculum was similar to the University curriculum. 25 percent of your marks are considered from the internal exams conducted by this college and the remaining 75% of marks are evaluated by JNTUK through semester exams per subject.

There is a T&P department that charges around 5k bucks when we are in the 3rd year. As a mechanical student, I did not hear a single company in the mechanical domain. There are a couple of MNC who visits at our tenure but the no of pupils placed is very little compared to the digits they advertise. Coming to the internship, individuals have to search for one. There would be no even proper guidance from the faculty.

List. Note it down. 1) 1st year college fest, 2) 2nd year college fest, 3) 3rd year college fest, 4) 4th year college fest. That's it. And like Independence day and republic day celebrations. And I forgot there is a branch fest also.

It's like around 1 lakh per anum. When compared with the quality of education they offer, the Geographic location of the college and their infrastructure is not feasible. And coming to the cost of living since it's a ruler area it is affordable.

Actually, there is a limited scholarship scheme in this college for the students who got top in that year. That to a minimal amount which is around 20k I think so. There is a govt scholarship of around 35k every year for eligible students like white cardholders and backward and scheduled castes.

This is the only thing I love about this college. They provide great amenities for sports. The cricket ground is not that big. But they have amenities for every common sport played in India. This college hosts several sports events too.

This college does maintain an alumni network. They will conduct seminars with alumni sometimes for fresh graduates that too for not all, only for students who secured good grades in their 1st year. So which may not be helpful for all.

Through EAMCET counseling. I got a decent rank in Eamcet and that suffice to land in this college in Mechanical branch. After clearing the Eamcet exam, the individual would have to attend the counseling process.

Some senior faculty are best in their business. But here comes the junior faculty who does not know how to explain the Pythagoras theorem. And to make things worse, they guide us in our practical labs. Overall it's neutralized because of the senior professors.
