Remarks

It had a history of ragging which I can say is not the case anymore. but there is still a lost of passive ragging and teasing going on. Which I would say is not pleasing and other problem is It's well situated near City centre so well pollution.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is okayish it's not too difficult or over bearing and can be easily completed with some determination you won't have to work too hard and as far as the exam structure goes each semester has 2 exams one internal and one whose answers will be checked by external teachers. The external exam carries more value so that's more important. The internal exam is 15 marks for theory and 25 for practical While external is 55 marks theory and 30 practical The marks will be added on the end of semester.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placements are not the best in India but they are good enough I would say It includes TCS Wipro And other large indian MNCs and not many people get placement as this is a college where different people From different parts of Odisha come to study and they don't have the necessary people skills and fluent English. As far as Internship goes our college doesn't have an internship program

College Events

3.5

As it is an college under government of State of Odisha it celebrates every allocated holiday Including Teachers day Republic day independence day and a lot of other events and events also includes a lot of lectures and seminars form Various professors and lecturers. The good thing about my college it give a lot of holidays.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is absolutely feasible with Admission fees being 1200 for my honor's in general category but is lower for reserved categories. And as far and fees for each semester goes the fees is 1300 for 2 semesters which I would say is completely feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no loan facilities but there is a scholarship program for people who have secured Topped in their 12th board. And given the really low admission fees and fee per semester it doesn't matter anyways.

Campus Life

3.5

The college offers various inter-college sports competitions as well the Best players can opt for state and national level competition. Labs are good enough with some with plenty of space and some well small but the facilities are better than most of other colleges.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network doesn't exist. But the senior students are pretty helpful given they are contesting for elections. Even seniors who aren't contesting are pretty helpful in giving notes and helping with studies during Exam time.

Admission

The admission process was through a government portal called SAMS through wich one can submit all the necessary documents and the selection of Candidates is through merit list. Then I had to go to the college submit the necessary application and was issued an I'd card on the spot along with the time table and curriculum.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty are good enough but I do think there is a lack of order of teaching who's teaching what and when is not really orderly and as far as the teaching goes it isn't bad but they can't take any arguments which is against their opinion which I think is not great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

those course curricullams at central university of odisha is thought fully designed ,offering a balanced blend of theoretical depth and practical relevance. on eof the key reason why students opt for such courses like int mathmatiss is the seamless academic progression and strong foundation it provides for research and comprdative exams. that curricullum could be more better as it can be more practical. what we are studing is like 80% theory and just 20% practical. so i do think that could be more better. the quality needs to be improved.

This college has 8 semesters. From the 7th semester students are eligible for placements. In 7th,8th semesters different schools come for taking teachers. Usually, RIE students get 1st preference in all JNVs and KVs. Jnvs amd kvs have good contact with RIEs. 400000 per anum is the average and the highest goes to 600000. Generally there is 100% placement but much students prefer pursuing higher course by doing Msc.
