Alumni students review

Lot so many positive and nagative points which are describe in every pertivlcular fields. Positive points: 1. Good environment, 2. Good infrastructure, 3. Good labs in IT computer department, 4. Location wise good easy I transportation. Nagative points: 1. Less cultural activities, 2 less morden approach towards the new scientific technical knowledge, 3 no morden labs, 4. No research work.

Course curriculum was better but was not much satisfying, syllabus designed based on old phenomena not as what morden structure of engineering morden system of engineering that actually helpfully to real life problem situated in industry or society related to electrical. So I give 5 out of 10 for course curriculum. And 1 thing I do appreciate that they have given 1 years for all engineering branches and rest 3 years for particular field and for more clarity in last your among 4 year they give more depth to your specialized subject.

Job placement is zero, highly dissatisfied in job placement all over departments wether its mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, electronics engineering IT engineering in all branch no any company industry come to see the compny.

Eventvise college was better, most of the days were not celebrated but once in a year at the time of spring mean between February celebration of spring fever. All days like Chocolate day, Rose day, Retro day, Cultural days, Cultural events, And fashion show, Creativity like rangoli, and all games indoor outdoor games like football volleyball basketball table tennis all kind of games racing and all games they provide to play and win seven days are allotted for this events in a year.

No I didn't take a loan for pursing and I don't have any idea about loan But also scholarships provided by government not by the college. As per rules I'm not applicable for scholarship but the other cast Students got assured scholarships by government. 10000 per month some got 50000 in quarterly depending upon their class of community.

Library was so poor too much old books with huge quantities but old books were not in our exam syllabus. Out of syllabus lot so many books was there in library. Only 30%book available of total student. In which more 2 to 5% books were there for students other taken by faculties, Wifi speed was so poor even LAN cable speeds was so so poor. Hardly any page on Google you can open. They show 300 MBPS but speed less than 10 kbps.

Hostel was good but I used to stay in PG because culture of hostel was not good cleaning was not much good and no strong restrictions of management anyone can play music loudly and safety of your personal items like cash and other like laptop wasn't safe.

I am very disappointed when I feel that now I'm an alumni student but I have no any contact with student pursing right now in my college so I feel that what my knowledge about how to work in industry what is system in compny how to communicate how to behave all that things I can't share with them so its really disappointing me, no any media in between us that we can connect and talk each other.

We give exam in 12th of state board with two level, written exam and GUjcet exam, with 60% and 40% weitage respectively. Based on that marks obtained in written exam result we fill form in gtu.ac.in gujarat technological university, with key of 1500 rupees in INR, from Punjab national bank, then we active by provisional login ID and password, we logged in then as per merit list we choose coures and college for admission, as per merit we got rank and 3 rounds there was. Then after 3 rounds final round for selection made, then I got admission by documents verification and 25000 fees paid at Government engineering college bhuj, and I got admission in Sanklachand Patel college of engineering visnagar.

Faculties were average not much excellent not much poor in between. Because they have only bookish knowledge not of original applied science in industry or market, In lab also they not perform too much efficiently, we were not aware about it in college but when I worked in industry I realise that teaching is only related exams not much used in industry, but I think they not give overview about how to work in industry discipline In compny rules regulations and main thing is electrical safety they not give knowledge about electrical safety and other fire and safety training it's a necessary for an industry to have knowledge about fire fighting and precotion for arranging major faults and there safety risks.
