I think I should give a positive comment about our college. As I think this is the best college for Bsc in Mysore at the present. There are well-educated faculties in our college. The campus of our college is good and its beautiful
Course Curriculum Overview
They are no specific exams for that we are selected based on our marks obtained in the PU. They will call us for the counseling and we should select the course available for us. if we want the specific course and if it is not available for us, we should take it by paying more amount means management seat.
Placement Experience
There are not many opportunities for placement in our college. There will be no such placements for Bsc. Only there will be placements for some courses. In our college, there are only placements for 2 or 3 courses and we have to find a job ourselves.
College Events
In our college. There will be many events celebrated. They will celebrate all the functions like independence days. There will be also a fest celebrated in our college known as yureka. There will be 2 days function celebration.
Fee Structure And Facilities
If you have obtained more marks in you puc and if you get the seat on the basis of merit.The feed structure will be some what cheaper.And if you are going on management seat it will be somewhat expensive.The fees for the sc and st cast are cheaper.
Fees and Financial Aid
A student who has an income of less than a lakh and has an income certificate can avail reduction in fees by the college. The fees will be reduced by 2 to 3 thousand. But there will be vidyasiri scholarship. which we have to submit the form to our college so the fees that reduced is taken.
Campus Life
The labs in our college are good. I think our college has good labs as compared to other colleges. There are many activities that will be conducted in our college. There are many events and many students are going out and performing from our college.
Hostel Facilities
Our college provides a hostel for the students studying in our college. The hostel fees structure is less as the hostel is of government. But as i am staying in hostel. i think its not that much good. The food given in the hostel is not good.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni from our college are somewhat helpful. When we first enter the college there will be a function organized for the freshers in which some of the alumni of our college are gathered and gives some information about the courses. Entrance exam and what we want to do after the completion of our course.
Admission
1st we have to apply for an application by submitting the document required. Then they will announce the list for counseling based on our marks. Then we have to go on the date they have given and we should join for the course.
Faculty
The faculty in our college is good when compared to other colleges. They are good at teaching. But the teachers in our college are somewhat strict. And the test papers are strictly evaluated. The marks in our college are not given easily so our college is top in Mysore.
