Remarks
We used to organize street play on topics like suicide prevention, which was fun. Many other events are also celebrated in the college such as Book Review, International conference, etc. LIAZO was the main cultural event organised every year. Mock Interviews are also held for the students of final year, to make the students industry trained and prepare them for the interview process.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is thorough enough to equip the students to enter the field of mass communication at union and state civil services, and non government sector. We were told the detailed structure all the ins and outs of the media, Indian media, western media, their legal and political aspects.
Placement Experience
Placements are ordinary in the Baldwin College. Resource Pro and Taj group are one of the frequent recruiters and the placement package is quite ordinary.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is quite affordable. The entire course fee was around 3 and a half lakh.
Campus Life
Campus life is good. Rest of the time we were occupied with our busy schedule. We celebrated many national holidays and cultural fest. The majority of activities were related to social issues and spreading awareness.
Admission
The admissions are direct and require an online/offline form submission. The application form has to be submitted along with the relevant documents. A cut-off list is then released which vary from course to course.
Faculty
The faculty is quite knowledgeable, and have plenty of experience under their belt. Most of them have the relevant industry experience which they would share with us from time to time. All of our teachers would keep on pushing us to be creative and ethical bound with our practices.
