I went through counselling in anna university. My parents force me to take sakthi mariamman engineering college. Since no other college is good enough for my cutoff.

No internship. Students will attend interviews through other college off campus.

No placement for our batch(2014). Only 5 or 6 got placed in CTS through anna university off campus.

College conducts symposium for every department and they will do it grand but they wont conduct any cultural program. Management wont celebrate any festival in college campus.

As i'm days scholar, I dont know much about hostels. Hostels rooms will good but in rest room water supply wont come for bathing so hostel students will be late to the class. Mess foods wont be good. Its not tasty and hygienic. Average rental will be 50,000 per month.

Loans and scholarships are available in our college.

According to me, in our class girls will be less in numbers when compared to boys. In workshops, extracurricular activities college wont be interested in conducting. Labs will be good looking from outside but inside majority of the equipments will be broken.

Senior students will be friendly and help us if we ask any queries except few. Most of the faculty will see partially based on good scoring students and arrear students.

Frankly speaking, in our ECE department there are only few faculty. But some teachers will have good knowledge over the subject and few will be teaching simply by referring books.
